      The **** call center or customer service department are the most unhelpful, inept people. Every time I call, the agent has an attitude and they give incorrect information. Consequently, I have to call several times and each time, the information is different. And because of this attitude, they make it sound like it's my fault. For example, one agent said, "You must have heard it wrong." Really? You all record the calls, why don't you listen and act on them. There's no way you can't hear this attitude because it's every time with different agents. I am thinking of closing my accounts with **** because of the hassle dealing with these customer service agents.

      A manager in our *************************** researched all concerns noted in the review and has left multiple messages for the member since becoming aware of the issues.Our desire is to both apologize for any perceived deficiency in the sincerity or extent of our customer service to date as well as to assist the member in completing the inbound transfer in question.

      We appreciate our members longtime relationship and are intent on regaining her confidence. The member can reach our ******* Services manager via the telephone number provided in our voicemail and email messages. We have also notated the members account to have our call center direct the member to the appropriate contact if she dials our toll-free number. All members can be assured of Delta Communitys openness to feedback and commitment to satisfactory resolution.

      Get your credit card from a different company. DCU will break you financially. I didn't realize I was being charged 50% in interest until I started using the credit card almost a year later. I have good credit, and out of all the credit cards I have, this is the worst, even if you work for Delta they will take advantage of you financially. Take my advice, do not get a credit card from them if you do not want to have a high financial loss in debt. This is the worst credit card interest rate I have ever had in my life. You will be paying off this debt for a long time because most of your payments will go toward the interest rate instead of paying off your account. I regret having this card through them, and I will cut it up.

      Although consumer privacy rules prevent us from discussing specific activity with any members account, we have made numerous attempts to contact this member and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with him and address his concerns directly.

      Please know that our **** Platinum Rewards credit card is priced with three interest rate tiers, and the base tier currently reflects an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 15%, which is well below the industry rates on other credit cards that feature a similar no annual fee structure and a rewards points program. We believe the incorrect rate cited in the review stems from a misunderstanding of the monthly minimum required payment and how dollars from such a payment are allocated between principal balance and interest owed.

      Delta is a discrimination bank. I paid my mortgage on the 5 and they would hold the mortgage for several days. I spoke to the representatives to understand why and no one can give you a precise answer. I spoke to others home owners tha are African Americans and they stayed the same has happened to them. Delta should not hold mortgages for seven days and allow other purchases to come out so that they can access fees and other penalties to the consumers. I have access penalties because of this. We need to be refunded. Law prevents lenders from attempting to collect payments from people's bank accounts in ways that *** rack up excessive fees or deviate from what they expect. CFPA section **** authorizes State attorneys general and State regulators to bring an enforcement action to pursue violations of section 1036(a)(1)(A), which makes it unlawful for a covered person or service provider to violate any Federal consumer financial law. I see these laws being violated.

      Although consumer privacy rules prevent us from discussing specific activity with any members account, we can address Ms. **** assertion that Delta Community may be deliberately delaying or ordering the settlement of payments in a way that results in fees. Such structuring is not permissible from a regulatory standpoint; subject to fines; and runs counter with our founding ideal and mission. Delta Community does not engage in this practice.  

      We can also advise all consumers to be mindful of common holds placed on large-balance deposit items under Reg. CC if placing funds into an account to cover a payment with a near-term due date, so the full amount is available when the payment is processed. Most institutions will consider releasing system-driven holds upon the consumers request and stated need.

      It is also important to note that Ms. **** issue reached a manager in our ******* Services area prior to her review being shared with us, and the manager offered special accommodation to reach a resolution that ********** accepted and appreciated.

      We very much value Ms. **** patronage along with the opportunity to address her concerns. All members can be assured of our openness to feedback and commitment to responsiveness.

      Delta Community is full of crap! And if Im able to *** I will! I had to do a dispute for transactions that was beyond my control! They reimburse me which was over $300 on November 2nd! I receive an email December 21 at 7pm saying that a large withdrawal was deducted from my account, and it was the reversed reimbursement! Them taking the money back out my account! I sent over documents they asked for, printed and faxed out what they said they needed! And almost 2 months later they pull this crap! And when I call they tell me the disbursement department is closed! They never sent over anything saying they needed additional information! Its clear as day I have NO MESSAGES! Im reporting everything! And I pray they shut down! They better be *********** a man named *****! But I will be contacting anyone I can to get them together! This is TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      I'm here having horns blowing at me one because one out of teo ATM machines are working with the other one in ******* out of order! Trying to withdraw money and couldn't get five dollars and the atm machine say try again later??? I need my money now ! The foreigner who could speak hardly any English could notbtell me why and to wait for a call. This bank gives me problems all the time concerning my funds in their bank. It's Disparaging and racist! Yes, I said it!

      Dont ever believe this bank when they say they work for you, all they specialize in is taking your hard earn money ,they took almost $500 in overdraft fee from my account despite my reaching out to them about my predicament and all they say is Im sorry we cant do anything at this time , Im definitely going to close all my accounts with them not because they took my hard earned money, but because they lack empathy

      I applied for a used car loan on June 11, I didn't hear anything for a few days so I reached out reached out on the 14th by phone. The rep told me I was approved and would receive my approval letter later that day. I never received it, checked all email folders too. I call back on the 21st for an update. Get the runaround until someone forwards my information to a ***********************. He does not even greet me in the email, only asks if it's a personal or commercial loan. I let him know personal, he advises he only does commercial and gives me another number to call. I call that and finally am transferred to a loan officer ***************************** who forwards me the approval while on the call. I receive it and send her back the needed documents. Later THAT day I get an email from a ******************* asking if I had received the email from her a week prior. Her email is so busy with different colors and fonts it's hard to know exactly what is important info and what is not. I stated no I never did. She then confessed the email bounced back and that's why I never got it. She did not apologize for the delay or mistake. I then let her know I was speaking to ****************** earlier and had sent her the documents. ************ insists I resend them to a different email. Which I do. Finally, we find a car and the dealership sends her all the paperwork. However, ************ keep contacting me for documents I don't have. I let her know this and to contact the dealership. I also voice my frustration with how unprofessional she has been. Again, no apologies or consideration. She finally calls me with the payment info and we get it done. I'm glad to be done with dealing with her. We have been long time, pleased customers until this situation and it has been a very disappointing experience.

      Despite being a customer for years, I receive no phone call or e-mail when I apply for a loan. Two times I applied for a personal loan and never heard back from them. I guess that's the way you treat your customers these days.

      Unfortunately, the problem still persists. I have applied for a Car Loan, and the Bank has not responded. I have been waiting since then.

      I have had multiple issues with Delta Credit Union due to glitches with their mobile app and disputes. My account has reflected an available balance one moment and a negative balance the next. The only answer I received was there was glitch in the system. Also I filed a dispute and provided all paperwork evidence to the email address I was instructed to send it to and was told it was never received. This is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be rectified. Ive incurred overdraft fees only to have them reversed because of glitches or mistakes on behalf of Delta Community. I am closing this account after 2 years of service and would not recommend its services to anyone. **************** is absolutely horrible as they are condescending and combative offering no solution or knowledge as to why this continues to happen.

It is important to note that our online and mobile banking channels display both the Available and Current balance on accounts. Available balance takes into consideration any active debit card holds, but it does not account for any debit card purchases with expired holds, paper checks or pending online **** pay items that *** be presented the same day for settlement and deducted from both Available and Current balance.
