This has to be the worst investment fund ever. I brought into the fund in 2020 and here it is 2024 and I have not received a single ***** from my investment and on top of that I cant seem to get my money back from these people. ******************* is a fraud and a mass manipulator and all i want is my money back from these people.Review from miguel m

I have not had a good experience at all. It has also been very hard for me to get anyone on the phone or by email. It's an automation. I was also told to use computershare and have not been able to access the site. I have not received any help with this even though I have emailed them several times about this. I never received my tax documents and have yet to get a hold of anyone to get them.

Many are able to quickly find answers to their questions through our chat bot or FAQs. Obviously, there are times when Human intervention is best and we have call center with Partner Support Representatives that are happy to help.
Our call records indicate the following communications with the **** Partner:

(Ticket #xxx57) 1/6/22 - **** Partner reached out about ComputerShare Registration.
(Ticket #xxx13) 1/8/22 - 1) **** Partner was provided ComputerShare login instructions, 2) **** Partner was provided Computershare registration department's phone number for follow-up, and 3) **** Partner was not reachable when called by Computershare Partner Support.
(Ticket #xxx70) 8/18/22 - **** Partner Left Voicemail. Responded by phone and email with request "How can we help"? No reply but a BBB complaint was posted soon after.Further note that clear step-by-step instructions have been provided to all **** Partners on how to retrieve tax documents. They are conveniently posted and downloadable from the Partner's online account.
Additional attempts will be made to assist the **** Partner with all needs.

Ive requested to sell my shares since august of 2021 to no avail. Its very hard to get anyone on the phone and by email its mostly generic. Im told to use compushare. However, I cannot access the site and when I spoke to someone, they assured me my access was unlock and I needed to wait 24hrs. I did, and Im still not able to access the site. Not to mention, to speak to a compushare rep, the wait is horrendous.
