              As a healthcare provider accepting electronic payments from my patients' insurance companies, I am a registered user of ******************. Because I rarely need to log in, my password expired, so I needed to reset it. The links to do so online do not work. I emailed them, and they told me to call. I called and spent over 30 minutes on hold before the representative told me my issue should be resolved and password reset within 72 hours (which I thought was a ridiculous amount of time to reset a password.) Well, they NEVER actually resolved anything, and then quit responding to my emails. Now I can't log in or get ahold of anyone to help. I have lost faith in their ability to reliably get me my money.

              If there was a way to give this company a ZERO, I would do just that. This is probably the worst company in the healthcare industry. First of all, when we signed up as a provider with Wellcare and ***************** Alliance, just to name a few, nobody told us that our payments and remittance advice (****) would be going through a third-party organization. After about a month or two of waiting to hear from the payer, we called them to get the **** and they referred us to Payspan, and that is where the nightmare started. Payspan told us that we had an account with them that was suspended due to inactivity and that we needed to submit an "unregistered request" in order to get our account back. This process was supposed to take 5-7 business days. It has been two weeks now. In the meantime, Payspan cannot give us any information, not even the *** number, and they do not mail the **** either. So we have to wait until we get access to their portal, which as of now is taking more than two weeks. Frustrating! We are spending valuable employee time to be following up with payspan, which is not even part of the normal workflow. This company simply needs to get out of business. Period!
