I was hesitant about buying a membership but I did and the owner assured me that it would be a great experience. I was told that my membership could be canceled if I were to break any rules. I never got to do my profile. Never took any pictures. No phone calls we returned and I think I was scammed. I got sick. Then COVID but still no answer. I am out of over $2k. I am a disabled vet and I explained all of this and I can't believe I was taken advantage of. I requested a refund for over 3 year's. Just because services were never used and no calls were ever returned. I spent 25 years I. ******** and I cant believe this happened.

We have responded to all communications that we have ever received from *******************************. In total, we have sent seven email messages to her to schedule her appointment. Each time, **************** ended up having to reschedule or change the time. We provided her with two numbers to call to make it easier to schedule: our main member services line and our Director's cell phone number. Neither number received any messages from her. Just a few days ago, we received a call and message from ****************, to which we promptly responded. Upon talking with the client, we determined that she had been calling a different number than her paperwork had stated and neither of the numbers that we had provided to her via email had been called until that time to our knowledge. While speaking, we did offer to set up a time for her appointment, yet she chose not to schedule, and then proceeded to write these comments here. We have offered and continue to offer **************** help, as with anyone else who is our client.
