I purchased a jacket to be customized with a graphical design on the back of the jacket. This was around 3-10-2023 and it is now 4-16-2023. And not only did I have to pay an additional $280 on top of the $185+ dollars just to say that I wanted a graphical design on the back of my jacket not even including the other $300+ that was spent on the jacket just to get the embroidery on the arms and the chest plate. The graphical designer continuously changes the proof and puts everything on the proof but what I requested and ask for throughout my emails which I have all of the emails representing and showing what I asked for. I asked for a simple color change and breast enhancement to accommodate the chest plate on the picture which I assume what customers pay $280 for from this company. And despite that they clearly state that they are incapable of providing the service that I paid for. At this point it's almost a month in the date that I needed the product for is in less than 4 days and they cannot accommodate or provide the service I paid for. And on top of that they were very rude and disrespectful by saying "they can't read my mind." When seeing as though my mind didn't need to be read Because I clearly stated what I needed in emails.A woman did call to ask about the crest plate and the lips the creater kept drawing like monkey lips but then she hung up on me and said " we got disconnected" At this point I feel like the money ($280) for the graphical design & the embroidery ($185) be refunded to my bank account and for my jacket to be completed and send with the prior items placed on it with just the #1 on the back & the rest of the jacket be completed as normal. So no image just evening else completed. Because at this point I feel like they're ripping people off. I want the regular embroidery of everything else without the graphic design on the back. To end the chaos.
