      Dear ***/*****,I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the situation surrounding my truck, which has been in possession of Diesel Truck Tech/Legacy Truck Repair since October of 2021. My truck was entrusted to Mr. ************************** also known as ***********************, for repairs, but unfortunately, the entire process has been fraught with challenges, and I have not received any appropriate update or the repaired truck.Initially, a few days after the truck was taken to the shop, I was informed that it needed an oil pump. However, shortly after that, I was informed that the engine needed replacement. Unfortunately, since then, I have not been able to obtain a straight answer or update on the status of the repairs. I have made numerous phone calls and documented messages, but the situation remains the same, and my truck is still inoperable.Additionally, I had given the shop a deposit of $13,000 for the repairs, but despite this, I have not received any satisfactory updates or repairs on the truck. The worst part is that my truck is now in worse condition than when I initially gave it to them. This has put me in a bad financial strain, and I have incurred over $20,000 in debt due to this matter. Since the pandemic, my truck was my main means of income, and this whole ordeal has caused me to stop business.I am deeply troubled by this situation, and I urge you to look into the matter and take appropriate action. It is my hope that the repairs can be completed promptly, and I can resume my business operations.       To whom it may concern, 

      pertaining to this matter the issue that we are having here is the customer gave a deposit for a used engine which I did purchase with deposit. The engine that was purchased was no good and still was non refundable. Even with this being a roadblock I purchased another engine at my own expense from a entire different vendor that was also not useable we have a case of parts not being available which the customers knows I understand and pride myself off of integrity but even with constant communication and proof of what was going on customer feels as if Im associated with her entire companys  loss on this this matter Ive went above and beyond to help customer even offered her a rental ********************** during the process of the unit being repaired I would to come to a resolution but the customers request is unreasonable she wants a full refund even with the 30k that has been spent on her unit already at my expense Im honestly and wholeheartedly open to any reasonable resolution
