According to information in BBB files, Growth Cave, LLC has a pattern of complaint alleging Refund or Exchange Issues.
Specifically, consumers are stating they sign up for programs guaranteed to help them make $10,000.00 in 30 days. Other consumers are also told they would receive coaching along the way, which many state they do not receive. When they request a refund for services, they are then told it depends on which program they signed up for, as some programs are nonrefundable.
On October 5, 2023, BBB sent correspondence to Growth Cave, LLC to request their voluntary cooperation eliminating the pattern of complaint.
On October 11, 2023, Growth Cave, LLC responded with the following information as a means to eliminate the pattern:
1. Sales Call Quality Control. We have implemented a hands on "quality control" system into reviewing our sales teams calls using an AI software which analyzes each section of a sales call in order to ensure that the salesperson is giving the potential client correct information. Growth Cave also has a full time employee dedicated to reviewing all newly enrolled clients calls in order to ensure that the sales person clearly outlined every detail of what is being offered to the client. These measures are in place to ensure quality control throughout the front end sales process.
2. Post-Onboarding Assistance. Growth Cave has hired a new full-time employee dedicated to calling all new clients, welcoming them, and ensuring that they are able to review and sign our client contract as well as access all systems and connect with their 1-1 coach. This is in place to ensure that all clients have communication from the very beginning and are not getting lost during the onboarding stages causing frustrations or reports of not being able to work with our coaching team. Our onboarding manager is required to have each client verbally confirm that they know: how to get support, how to access their login portal, have booked their first 1-1 call, and have signed the client agreement.
These 2 measures have been implemented to ensure that on the sales end, clients expectations are being met and Growth Cave's services, refund policy, and guarantee are being accurately pitched, and on the onboarding end that all clients are receiving full access to our services and have immediate support from our coacing team to prevent dropoff.
Although Growth Cave, LLC agreed to BBB's request in October 2023, consumer complaints continue to allege similar issues. It is the position of BBB that Growth Cave, LLC has failed to eliminate the pattern of complaint.
BBB will monitor Growth Cave, LLC's efforts, and this aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.
