I submitted a ****** review for this business, and since it was only 2 stars and had some complaints about my experience with the company, I was served a cease and desist by their legal that required I remove the review or they would pursue legal action. I feel like I was taken advantage of, since I only hired the company due to their amazing ****** reviews but after providing my own and realizing they shut down any reviews that are not positive, I now see why they have such good reviews. It was false advertising about their customer experience and I'm so frustrated that I spent so much money with them to have no results.I'm writing in request that this business remove their disparagement clause in the contract since it's not ensuring that customers are aware of what they are getting.Initial Complaint

Lyfe Marketing use bait-and-switch tactics which are used to deceive clients. It has also come to my attention that they are using ill threats of legal action to past clients that voice their opinions about their experience after working with Lyfe Marketing through reviews on websites such as ******* Lyfe Marketing sends out unmatched cease and desist letters when they feel you may have left a poor review. This has been mentioned in a number of their reviews. Today I received this same letter. It is illegal and I imagine in many cases effective to those individuals who do not have the education or financial means to stand up to companies such as Lyfe. Their tactics have cost me financially in the form of both time and money. Their tactics to suppress bad reviews are deceitful and would have changed the outcome of my decision to move forward with their services. I asked that my retainer be refunded and we part ways. Instead out of greed, they charged me for two additional months without my consent. I have since disputed these charges and have filed them under fraud. These guys are running a scam.
