      *********** has listed me as living with my ex husband and his wife at *************************************************************** , an address in a town in which I have never lived. They also have my ex husband living at my son's addresses in ******* and have listed his phone number as belonging to my ex husband who has never lived in ******* . Having me incorrectly listed as living there has led to me receiving an email intended for his current wife (my former friend) and a phone call today, 31 years after our divorce!

      I do not recall signing up for this account in 2023.The vendor was billing me monthly. I tried getting the credit card company to vacate these charges but the vendor said I used their services. BUT they cannot tell the credit card company for what purpose nor the service I used. I think this is an online scam and I want my funds returned $269.16

      Hello,I was going through my bank statement and I saw that $29.99 was billed on my account on July ******. I used the service a total of 1 time and never again. I remember signing up for $1 which was for a 7 day trial but I did not know it was renewed. I would like to be refunded the $29.99 as requested.

      This company charged our credit card without permission. We request a refund. I hope somebody reports them for illegal access to credit card.

      I was able to locate the account utilizing your last name and zip code. It does appear there was an account created on 07/20/23. We did not receive any request for cancellation until 06/29/24. Please be assured your account has been cancelled and you have received a refund of $197.88. The refund was processed immediately on our end, however, please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

      I am rejecting this response because:  We where billed from 7/29/23-6/29/24 - still unclear how this happened we received no email confirmation of signing up no communication.  You are only refunding for 4 months  - should we have caught before yes, but we have no proof we signed up for this - absolutely nothing.   I expect a full refund of $593.28 - 12 months X $49.44.

      I am rejecting this response because:  This is a truly poorly run company, where revenue is your goal, no matter how you get it.  *********************** must have one way to do business, which is provide no customer service.   You know this is an issue based on all the complaints on any review site.   Given your parent company ********************** and the other companies under them all have similar complaints. Your company has no pride in customer first from start to finish.  No need to respond.

      I just noticed I've been paying for a subscription for this since last April (2023) yet I NEVER signed up for this. I've never used this site and never even heard of it before. This is FRAUD. PLEASE refund all money from the time this fraudulent account was opened and cancel my account!!!

      I was able to locate an account that matches your full name, email address, and zip code. The account was created on 04/19/23 with our $1.00 7-day trial.  Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription of $44.86. 
      When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle.

      Please be assured that your account was canceled and you were issued a refund of $190.20. The refund was processed immediately on our end, however, please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

      I appreciate your expeditious response.  I also appreciate your effort to resolve the situation.  Although it's not the full refund for a service I never used or signed up for I guess getting something back is better than nothing.  I don't know why the full refund wouldn't be issued but I guess I'll have to accept something is better than nothing.

      I called for their trial they charged me but I was never able to use product. I called the very next day(it was night when I ordered) I kept getting a message (bot) saying in dont have an account . I have called several times every day since to make sure they got a cancel since they charged me it made no since they said I had no account then 2 days ago I got a billing on my card for 44 dollars and 90? Cents I still can not get ahold of a live person to wage a complaint not to mention I want them to fully reverse the charges

      I considered using a service to look up an address. I ended up not using the service but somehow they got my credit card information and have billed me ever since (9 months now). I just caught it unfortunately. When you call, the first thing they ask is do you want to cancel the service? They make it easy to cancel because they KNOW they use underhanded methods to get people to enter their information. I suspect you have many complaints about this company. I'm outraged. 9 months of billing for a service I never used!!
