They work with title companies that take your ******* money then just keep pushing out closing. Ridiculous especially when this is being paid cash in full. I will be telling everyone I know to spread the word to stop using HubzuHubzu Response

I was the highest bidder way over the reserve price. Provided bank statements and LLC docs. I provided everything and I am a strong Buyer. I received an email several days later that my highest bid offer was declined. You cannot get in touch with anyone to answer why. Discrimination!!! Waste of my due diligence and time. Hubzu is Run like the mob. They Do not communicate well with customers. I was the highest bidder in 4 consecutive auctions but Hubzu declines my offer for no reason at all which makes me conclude that I am being discriminated against. I have filed a fraud case with the *** against Hubzu and their deceptive practices.Review from Nancy D

While I appreciate everyones comments Hubzu is great if you follow the instructions. They take the nonsense out of the transaction. If you are not a seasoned buyer - Use a Realtor - even just for a second set of eyes on the documents so you don't miss any instructions and deadlines. If you are the highest bidder over the reserve amount the process is simple. The properties are listed to be sold at the price the seller agrees to as well.Review from M. H.

Hubzu is a waste of time. First and foremost, bidding means absolutely nothing. Even if you are the highest bidder, they can pick someone else so don't keep bidding on a house. Also, hubzu will bjd against you just to raise the bid. It also takes forever to get any reply. Try to call Hubzu and see how much information you get. We were the highest bidder. We got a call after 3 weeks saying they had a lower all cash offer. They asked if we wanted a "back up offer" which we declined. Literally in less then 48 hours, the house went back up for auction. Hubzu also has outrageous "fees". Save yourself a headache and bypass anything that uses Hubzu.Hubzu Response

The app is poorly constructed and I became suspicious. I checked the property that is on auction. It is NOTHING like they claim. The house is in shambles. And, they make it sound like its wonderful! The house shouldnt be mentionedjust the land. There are a couple outbuildings that *** be usable, but that is it. No well, and I would be concerned about the septic system. There are tarps on portions of the roof and too much exposed rotten wood to be safe. I would be concerned about walking on the floor. This is a con. Be aware of ******************* in ********, **. Beautiful piece of property, but dont think the house has any value. I suggest the owner/bank find a more reputable way of selling this property.Hubzu Response

They make more money charging $1 to check your credit card .. It's a joke, you bid, you "win" they do not accept it which I understand that was in the agreement... it's back up for Auction, once again, charge that $1 to check credit card again... Another winner this time $15,000 more then what my bid won , SHOCKER it's back up for bids again !!!! I have an idea !!!! JUST START BID at reverve price.. Think about it, THOUSANDS and thousands houses up for auction all over the USA !!! ADD up all those dollars !!!
