  Randstad is on-site for another company. I applied for lead role with this company. And ranstad was told to let me go. How can your best employee that supervisors and leads pushing me to become a lead. Get let go. I asked randstad as I keep messages why they let me go. First she said I pointed out. Which wasnt true cause ppl who had more than me was still working. Then she said she was told to let me go. I had all the qualifications for this lead position. So they let me go to bring a guy off the streets that has no experience to be a lead. So when I filed for unemployment I sent the text messages between the recruiter and I showing she couldnt justify my termination. So she told unemployment it was due to lack of work ( a layoff cause theres no work) but yet they hiring when they let me go. Other people who were fired for breaking company policies she told unemployment they quit. Ranstad is getting away with abuse of power. They are onsite for another company who sweeping sexual harassment under the rug. Fire the victims and promote the harasser. Im not one of them victims but there a long list of women. I will never work for Randstad again. The recruiter needs to be fired. She doing illegal things. And both companies getting away with it.

  This company no matter how many times you tell them to stop contacting you. They keep going almost on a weekly basis. Another thing is how did you get my phone number when I don't give that information to nobody and I'm not even looking for a job. So please stop the harassment

  Horrible staffing agency lacking any real recruiters, capable of making the correct job placement for applicants!If you are forced to deal with ******************************* don't waste your time, she definitely doesn't have a clue as to what it takes to help you find employment You are just a next number to her and once you're no longer beneficial she will show how unprofessional she can be!I will continue to inform others to stay far away from Randstad!

  Went to pay a medical bill and the payment went to teachanywhere africa. scam hack billing. don't let your children anywhere near this shady placement mill. Check other comments from helpless kids.

  Wow a rating of 1.25 out of 5, quite pathetic. Too bad these star ratings don't allow a negative star because giving even one star is a lie and I hate that. Maybe this staffing agency needs to find better recruiters than what they have or corporate needs to re-evaluate themselves The same is***s with this company in ****** as well. I'm still waiting for answers to a couple jobs that I applied for 2 months ago. Seems to me all they want is your information and once they dupe you into providing it they ghost you entirely like you simply don't exist. Wish I could *** the bums.

  Just completed an assignment with an ******************* Let me re-phrase was just informed at 6:00 pm this Friday that the ****************** no longer had a business need. I've been inquiring for the past three weeks to the status of the end date. No reply from management nor HR until 5/3/2024 @ 6:00 pm. In addition, HR instructed me to visit Randstad site for another Temporary position. Not! No plans to pursue additional opportunities with this organization. If you're pursuing a remote position be sure it's one that you will get an increase annually and not a fixed contract and paid time off for sick and holidays.

  I am from ******* randstand hired me gave me a job in ********** illnois . Wich is 1hr and 20 minute rd one way . At heartland foods producing ******************* breakfast sandwiches. Well u work hard and fast not a good job . I only worked 23hrs said I have enough. Well pay day rolls around my direct deposit was not put in on ************* had to wait for direct deposit and heartland did not credit me for orientation as well so got to wait to next week for that pay personally I will not use randstand ever again horrible experience..

  In August, I found a "financial processing" job for Vanguard via Randstad. I applied and a recruiter called me the same day.The recruiter said the job starts September 25. More than a month from our conversation.That day, I did an hour-long "assessment" at home. After I passed, I was told to drive 35 minutes to a Randstad branch and provided my IDs for their system.Within a week, I completed the rest of onboarding: tons of documents online, a urine test, and fingerprinting at ****************** All done by August 29. I was emailed a "Hired" notice with employee ID.I heard nothing for a week. I wrote Randstad for an update. A woman said all background checking was done by September 8, that I was cleared for work, and cc'd someone for more info on starting. That contact never answered.Next I wrote the senior recruiter on September 11, asking what happens next, what's going on, etc. No response.Finally on September 18 (days before job start) I'm emailed by the senior recruiter, saying I wasn't cleared on time and I've been pushed out of the September 25 start.But I have a paper trail showing I did everything immediately when asked, and Randstad themselves saying my screening was done by September 8. More than 2 weeks ahead of September 25.They said I was hired, that I'd be good if everything cleared a few weeks in advance. Now they pulled the job from me, at the last minute.That's weeks I haven't been actively job hunting. Weeks without income, and weeks more for the foreseeable future.

  They just don't care about you or if you need to work or anything. I don't really know why this staffing agencies exist.
