This company ***** so much. Their website is barely functional. They've given me so much anxiety over a Georgia GCIC form, even though they could've made a simple DocuSign link they didn't do it. And asked for it at the last minute. If you need this form so much then why the heck do you ask for it at the last minute. They kept rejecting it over the littlest things and don't even tell you that you need to sign with your middle name. I've never needed my middle name in any legal document before including my name change. I was never even given any explanation as to why I need a Georgia background check even though I've never worked or lived in *******. This company is a complete nightmare, I don't know if I will even work for other employers that use this stupid company. They also give very vague explanations into why they deny a form.

If I could give no stars, I would. Filled out the job application early April 2024, they have finally emailed me today after 3 months saying they need more information from me. I have done called them 4 times to see what's going on. They say they would rush it. I say I have the info they need and can send it over. They refused and said their company would get the information themselves. But now they want me to give them the information again that I've already gave them multiple times. This company is a fraud.

Well I never got a background check because they failed my drug test because me and the lady they said was the Dr there got into a argument because I was driving on the interstate when they called and I had my phone contacted to my radio and answered. I told her it'd be a minute before I got home and she got upset because I wouldn't pull over on a INTERSTATE where I had no where to stop at that moment then ask me to write a number down to call back on to give my prescription info and got mad cause I wouldn't do that while driving. She was very rude and I tried being understanding but she just kept being really rude. Before we even got to all of that above she asked my name and then proceeded to be like we need to talk about what we found In your drug test and I said yes, I've been waiting for a phone call and she said so why is this in your system and I told her it was prescribed by my dr for add and she asked how many times a day I take it and if I take it everyday and what's it's for and I believe even ask the mg. She was really rude right off the bat and I felt very upset because it felt she was judging me instantly without knowing if I had a prescription or not. I felt like she was asking more questions then she should have and she needed the prescription number off my bottle but I let her know it was at home because I don't like carrying it with me places I offered the pharmacy number to my drs office where I get my medicine and she said they don't do that there but lab Corp has always called my pharmacy and drs office so I was confused then that's when what I was saying above happened. She was apparently the Dr of first advantage and I've called to dispute that I failed the test but never get a call back or I get hung up on.. I lost this job (which I previously worked at for 4 year) because of this issue.. I just want this disputed. I have called and left messages with all the info needed and it's still not disputed.

The customer service is trash. This **********************, in general, is trash. I really don't see how they're still in business. Shalice or **** and **** are the worst agents ever. If they pick up, hang up and get someone else. They need to be fired and this company overall needs to be shut down. Every review site, they have bad reviews and low ratings. It's well deserved and then some.

I have never dealt with such an inefficient background company. I hope that companies don't continue to hire their services because they make the hiring process difficult. I've been waiting for a report for 1 month and the company I'm applying for has had to postpone my start date twice. It is frustrating to deal with them, I have uploaded every document or requirement from them and it will take them weeks to review and then they ask for the same documents again without explanation. They only send emails with a copy and page requesting things. A month without salary and without being able to be hired thanks to her inefficiency.

If you have to have a background check by this company prepare to wait a long time! I would advise to even get a part time job or look for diffrent employment while you wait for the incredibly long time it takes for this company to conclude a background check. Possibly not even take the job. You will go weeks and sometimes months with out a answer from this company. This is really unfair for people whom are trying to find steady employment. Our bills and our everyday lifestyle does not wait for background checks! This is ****! This is really unacceptable to think that acquiring information takes this long.

They sent me a link to initiate a background screening/drug report but have all of the wrong info so I can't verify the account to get started. I double checked with my employer and they are claiming that they sent the right info. I have an app from my employer with my info on it in the profile. Nothing First Advantage has on my verification page has anything to do with me.

Horrible customer service. The number they publish, I can't talk to anyone. Goes in circles then disconnects me. Not once or twice, but ALL the time. Terrible company.

No phone support. All support is through web chat. Background checks stuck in "processsing" stage for over a month. Had to use another company and got back in 2 days. This company was ok before they switched platforms. Now, I would not recommend at all. Frustrating to work with.

I have never come across such grotesque incompetence. These people are an embarrassment to the human species. I can't fathom how they have any clients at this point. IF YOU HIRE THESE S**TBIRDS TO SCREEN APPLICANTS FOR YOUR COMPANY, YOU WILL LOSE OUT ON QUALITY PEOPLE.
