On Thursday October 21 I arrived to apply for the mail sorter position this was my second week applying the previous Saturday Oct. 15th I made an appointment drove over an hour got there early and there were already 50 people in line I had no idea that was how the process goes to schedule over 100 people at once and I had to work so i stayed a hour and left(time wasted and gas) they definitely should have explained this was a group interview and prepare to stay and stand for long periods. The following Thursday I made an appointment the 21st of October drove 2 hours with traffic one way I stood in the extremely long line got up front I had my *** badge(government issued) and my birth certificate got up front finally and I was told I could not use the *** as a form of ** although government issued. At the time i assumed my dl had fallen between the seats and was allowed to go look but it wasn't so i left 4 hour round trip for nothing. Monday October 24th I called the number ******* number spoke with someone explained I had ordered a new DL(Online) and I had my birth certificate I wanted to sign up but I was afraid by the time my dl came back it would be too late. I also explained what happened the last Thursday she scheduled my appointment knowing I ordered my DL ONLINE and the forms of id I had were still my *** and Birth certificate she said as long as my picture is on the ** card i will be fine to sign up and they will get my drivers license after it comes back I can show them that I ordered on the official site again ONLINE. She assured me it would be fine to sign up. Thursday October 28th I called prologixs a second time a different rep assured me to keep my appointment it would be fine and she will note those forms of ** would be fine. and if any issues to call them back but there should be no issues. I take the long drive AGAIN 2 hours each way. Missed work on my full time job in order to be there so no pay that day spent money on gas stood in the line

ProLogistix is a temporary staffing company that places its associates on temporary assignment with its customers.  **************** previously worked on an assignment with ProLogistix. In or around the middle of October, 2022, **************** applied for another assignment with ProLogistix.  ProLogistix scheduled **************** for an interview and specifically told her "Bring documentation to verify your identity and eligibility to work in the **. Plan to be there for 1 to 2 hours as orientations are done in group sessions. It is NOT a quick in and out process."

When **************** appeared for the group interview, she did not have document to verify her identity and eligibility to work in the **. ProLogistix, like all employers, is required by law to verify that its employees are eligible to work in *****************.  Such verification must be done using a Form I-9, which has strict legal requirements as to what documents may be used   **************** provided her birth certificate and a *** identification card, but these documents are not legally sufficient to verify employment authorization. A list of documents sufficient to show identify and authorization to work is maintained by **** Citizenship and *********** Services at https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents.  ProLogistix told **************** that she could return with any eligible documents. However, ProLogistix could not use the *** identification card that **************** had provided to complete her Form I-9.

**************** remains eligible for other assignments with ProLogistix and may contact the branch at ************** to be considered for placement on other assignments.

I was hired 11/15/2022 through Prologistix to work for the **** post office to sort mail. As an employee- we were not granted breaks without being penalized, there were no COVID protocols in place. No 6ft distance, no mask required, and large crowds working in small areas. The facility did not received water until after 2 months, they did not allow us to take breaks until 4.5 hours after your shift starts. Everyday when you arrive, you are parked by a parking team who will barricade your car so that you cannot leave the premises. I reported to ProLogistix that i was trapped in the parking lot after 30 minutes of clocking out and they showed no care. Not only are we mistreated on site by management hired from the temp agency, but we have a text line ************ that we are responsible for texting when any issues may occur- whomever is behind this text line is very snide, rude, nasty, and disrespectful.. I addressed the phone line about the disrespect and I only received more backlash.I was also not paid for working my last week there.

ProLogistix is a temporary staffing company and on or about November 15, 2021, it placed Ms. ****** on a temporary assignment with one of its clients.  Contrary to Ms. ******* allegations, while on assignment, she was permitted one 30-minute paid break period, took such breaks throughout her assignment, and was not penalized for taking such breaks. She also had access to water while onsite.  Additionally, various Covid-19 safety protocols were implemented and enforced at the site, including, but not limited to, mask requirements, temperature checks, daily Covid-19 surveys, cleaning and sanitation procedures, and social distancing measures where appropriate and feasible.

With respect to the parking, employees were not prohibited from leaving the premises and cars were never intentionally blocked in.  *************** reported having a parking issue to the local branch, the branch directed her to speak to onsite management, as they could assist her in real time.

Finally, ProLogistix did in fact deposit Ms. ******* final paycheck onto her pay card and based on ProLogistixs records, Ms. ****** was properly compensated for all hours worked.  Ms. ****** remains eligible for other assignments and may contact the branch at ************** for placement on available assignments.
