I am filing a complaint on ********************************* AKA TP-Enterprises/ Genesis *********** LLC/ Tyzai Entertainment and many more names that he poses as and goes by in the music industry. My company - The Gumbo Show LLC was booked for media/film/DJ for an event that ***************************** hosted in *******, ** on 1/15/22. ****************** had contractual obligations that he did not fulfill and after working with him we were sparked to do a background check and have found that he has done this time and time again and that no one has been able to bring him to justice. He has been robbing our communities, independent artists and small businesses high and dry for a long time and I want this to stop. He makes contracts, text agreements and verbal agreements and will have you do all the work for him and will take all the proceeds and not pay at the end of the show as promised. He left ******* going back to ********** and has robbed my entire team and everyone that I introduced him to. I saw an opportunity that seemed to be legit and I vetted it as you do in this industry, only to find that this man robbed us all high and dry and did not cover any of his debts that were owed. He has promised myself and my entire team several different dates that our payments would be rendered and the payments have not come. He has lied about getting a refund check back from another venue that has already confirmed that there was no check to give him and that we have been scammed. Once you confront him about your money then he makes it like you are the enemy and gets defensive and tries to start a fight with you so that he can block you and not have to pay. He has had 5 other companies in his name robbing people since the early 2000's and needs to be stopped. He is taking from people who work hard and run legit businesses and moving on to the next city to continue to sell broken dreams and promise artists and his staff with opportunities that do not exist.
