I contacted DSD to place a top coat on my floors because they was scratching too easy. ****** immediately contacted me back and stated he would be able to send his MD person out that same day. ****** showed up and stated he could pick the materials up and start the next day. He showed up hours late and without the proper equipment. He had to go to ********** about 5-6 times because he was unprepared. Once he finally completed the floors they looked nice until they completely dried. Once the floors dried they begin to show numerous bubbles, the floors begin to crack and I noticed the materials was not spread around evenly. I contacted ****** and told him I was not satisfied and he said they would be corrected. Two weeks went buy and they finally reached out to correct them. ****** was upset that he had to correct his error and begin to request additional money siting he had to pay DSD ****** back. I told him I would pay when job completed. When I confronted ****** about not protecting my furniture with drop cloths from dust and when ****** was caught using drugs in my house and drinking my products. he stormed out my house and never finished my floors. I contacted DSD ****** and a partner said he would call in 20mins. He begin to ignore my calls, messages and DM. Now I will be filing a court case against him.Business response

DSD Paintings LLC and *********************** has NO affiliation with the completion of this persons project. ******* was simply only given a referral to a contractor in her area. DSD Paintings LLC never completed any preparation work, design work, or top coat work for this project in question. Attached is a legal contract between ******* and a contractor that completed her project. Please refrain from including DSD Paintings from this issue for we have no affiliation with whatever was done. If this was a DSD Issue, this would have been handled correctly in a timely manner. On January 31 2021 *************** from Dsd painting was in ***** ** to do a residents flooring. I follow him on Instagram and seen he was in my city so I asked him to come by my house to give me a quote for a future visit to get my personal home floors and countertops done. He came by and gave me a quote of 9k. After talking to my accountant I reached out to *************** and let him no I only had a 5k budget so I could not afford his services. He reached back out and said since he was already in town he could bring the price down to 7k then 6k and he would do the floors and countertops for that amount. I agreed excited because I follow his work on Instagram and seen what a great job he does. I felt blessed to have him doing my house. On Feb 2nd after he finished his other job he came and started on my floors and counter tops. Doing epoxy on the floors and painting the counter tops. He was done in a few hours and I found that odd but he assured me he was professional and could do the job fast because he knew what he was doing. He came back the next day the 3rd to put top coat on everything never mentioning any errors he made or noticeable mistakes he just said dnt walk on the floors for 24 hours till they dry. The next day the 4th I went to inspect my new floors and immediately I seen exposed concrete in the area near the refrigerator and the stove. I have a toddler so immediately I saw a hazard for my child. Black spray paint was dropped on the epoxy floors and paint from the counter top had damaged my newly painted cabinets. And the paint around the sink area look horrible. I immediately reaches out to *************** and told him my concerns. He stated he would be back in March and fix everything no problem. ***** turned into July then November then December and till this day he has yet to correct and told me he did me a favor by lowering his price in the first place and correcting the issue dnt fit into his schedule. I want a refund the floors and countertop have to be redone
