On August 23, 2021, I paid ******* Law $400.00 to amend a trust/will that ******* ******* had prepared for me earlier this summer. After receiving payment, he said he would have the completed amendment ready for me several different times but never delivered the promised amendment. After sending him several emails inquiring about the work, I made an appointment to talk to him on the phone about the status of the amendment. He canceled the call at the exact time we were supposed to talk and sent me an email stating he would have the document ready for me that afternoon. Again, he failed to provide me with the work I paid him to do. He will now not answer any of my emails and still has failed to complete the work I paid him to do even though he has had ample time to do so. I would like my amendment completed or my money returned as soon as possible.Business response

My Grandmothers estate was put into the hands of this law firm. A property owned by her at the time of her death had went into foreclosure. The property had positive equity and the law firm was supposed to send the check to the estate after all was said and done. As of July 16th the check was cut and taken to the firm. The lawyer Mr Scriber had paid himself but notified my father the executor of the will that because he had to wait for his payment he will be with holding payment due to the estate. All we want is to close out this chapter of our lives and continue forward. As a police officer in the state of Georgia, I feel his actions are deceptive and bordering along the lines of Fraud
