I purchased 8 tickets total on Sunday January 1st.My family noticed the '' temporary closed ''sign on the website.We just wanted to talk to someone or get a question answered. There are no refunds and no one available to speak to. I spent close to $300 dollars on these VIP tickets plus booking fees.I was trying to do something nice for my family. We don't want to travel all the way to ****** to find out if they are open or closed.If they are closed, they should have upgraded their website so no one would be able to purchase tickets.This is bad business.My family and I would appreciate any help.Thank you,*******************Business response
