Me and my family moved from ***************** to ******* in June 2021. We were referred to this shipping company from a program we were part of in *******. While in *******, we decided we wanted to move to ***** in August 2021. We had notified the shipper before we left because we wanted our shipment now delivered to *****. Our shipment from ***************** hadn't arrived in ******* yet at the time due to many delays. The shipper said that he knew shippers in ***** and would give us the information yet never did. Then he said he never knew anyone. We had loved ones that tried to intervene on our behalf, the shipper would just stop communicating and not talk to anyone. We became very suspicious on how business was handled. We contacted another shipping company that would get our belongings from the shipper's sister house we were staying in ******* and possibly track our other shipment that hadn't arrived yet. They said they would do it and then at the last moment, the day before we left for ***** they failed to show up. So, we had to leave our things in the room where we stayed. Our shipment arrived in ******* in September 2021 and has been in the shipper's house in ******* ever since.We now want the original shipping company to bring all of our belongings to ***** with little or no cost as it has been over a year in having our things.
