Deka Lash is a HUGE SCAM!When I visited for the first time, they talked me into getting a membership. I was told to get the $125 per month membership. When I saw further down in the contract that they offered a cheaper, basic membership for $80 I asked about that one, but I was told they do not offer it EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN THE FINE PRINT. I was then manipulated into buying a bunch of products from them that do not work, spending over $200 during my first visit. I later developed an eye infection from their services. When I called to complain / cancel my membership, I was told that I could not. Only to find out, that I could have cancelled and been charged $90 to do so (for whatever reason!!) I spoke with multiple customer service reps who ensured I should keep my membership for one more month and try a different service. Again, I was charged $125. When I arrived at my appointment, at 4:42PM (originally scheduled for 430PM) I called to let them know in advance there was a road closure that could possibly delay me by 10 min. I was TURNED DOWN AT THE DOOR. And told I missed the grace ****** although the employee was talking to a coworker in the back when I arrived, and it took her 1-2 minutes to come to the front to greet me. They then charged me a $55 NO SHOW FEE.. TO MY CREDIT CARD AS I WAS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. I then called customer service to explain the situation as well as going back inside to reasonably ask them why they would not see me / why I am being charged. I was then talked to very aggressively, by not one but two employees, who raised their voices at me and refused to listen to my concerns. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.

On 3/25/2021, I called Deka Lash to cancel my membership due to the pandemic and me being pregnant. I was unable to get services due to me not being vaccinated and not wanting to contract COVID. While calling into cancel my membership, I was advised that I had credits to redeem and that they normally expire. Given my circumstance, agent I spoke with advised she would speak with management to see if they could waive expiration. Agent called me a couple of day later to advise that expiration was waived. When I called back in on 4/11, agent advised that credits did expire and that management did not approve.
