I recently ordered from luxe lashes on 2/28/24. After receiving my order and using the product as instructed no results according to the advertisement were achieved. As per their 30 day money back guarantee they advertise with their products I sent an email requesting a refund as the product did not work as advertised. I sent the first email 3/4/24. According to their website a response and refund would be issued in ***** hours. After the allotted time, I received no response. I then forwarded the original email request on 3/6/24 and indicated I did not receive any response to my original request. Again, after my second request, no one had responded. In my final attempt on 3/11/24, I sent another email along with attaching my prior 2 attempts, and still no one from this company has responded to any of my emails. This is very unprofessional and falsely advertising a guarantee that is well past the time of contact they guarantee a response a refund.
