Being that I was hired at a rate of pay of $14/hr.I filed tax exempt for the first time in my working history.My first pay check amounted to $600 after 3 full weeks (5 days/week) 5 weeks in- I did not receive any pay! The manager claimed "she couldn't find my check" but all other employees were paid even with clarification by asking. I was enduring harassment by my superior and was starting to realize this around this point. .I worked the next two weeks so at week 7 per text and verbal conversations with 2 superiors- I was supposed to receive my 2 checks. I did not receive them when they stated (Friday) came in on my off day to receive two checks for 1.$150 2. $205 - after 2 additional weeks of work. I was suffering with no funds and dwindled savings. Somehow by April as I started midJan - I received a paystub with a hand written statement 'please return your vest and badge back if resigning'. I had no intent to resign sole interest was to receive my lost pay. On this same paystub I look over into my deductions where again I filed tax exempt for the first time. I see in my tax region a balance of -$1200. I frequently attempted to obtain hr information and go overhead with no avail. Realizing that potentially this branch of superiors had a 'side' business under the airport head. Many employees had complained of short wages, I was enduring it directly and no assistance but if anything superiors attempted to fire or create problems for said employee. I knew there was no reason regarding work ethic as the three immediate managers under the 2 superiors- trusted me with every vehicle even the employee shuttle; so much so they would have me re-train new employees after the superior I was trained by, ******, would bring them to the floor. Then to also receive falsified documentation upon request for filing taxes. Attached is a copy of an apparent 'w-2' ABM sent me which I realized does not seem accurate or verifiable. I would appreciate any guidance with this matter. Please. Please and thank you
