We are very sorry to hear that *************************** is unsatisfied. However, we are quite confused by this review. ******** is not a client of our firm and has not even received a pricing proposal from us, thus we are not sure how she could allege that people on our team have lied to her about pricing. We also provided a secure upload link for her to transmit sensitive data. We take very seriously the confidentiality and security of our customer and prospective customer data, and follow strict protocols in collecting the same. The interactions with this person have all occurred within the course of this current month so it is also hard to understand the accusation of "poor follow up". Our firm also prides itself on the customer service experience we provide to our customers, and communication is at the top of this list.
Based on our records, ******************* had an initial call with this prospective customer on 2/1/24 which lasted approximately 30 minutes. She was then sent an email the same day requesting specific information, and ****** provided the secure upload link on 2/2/24. The prospective customer provided partial information via secure upload on 2/8/24. Even though this is insufficient to give a full proposal, we are currently in the process of finalizing details on this proposal, but have not yet finalized and provided to this prospective customer.
We encourage this person to reach out to us for a better understanding of the situation, and to understand why they felt the need to make these hurtful allegations to people who have been assisting and trying to help them with a new relationship.
