            When I tried to discuss the price of the estimate ***************** the owner became irate and started cussing me out. How do you expect to be a successful business person when you cuss out your clients for going over the pricing estimate to explain where they think the install that can be done by 2 people is one day is close to $3,000 for a small 1BR condominium. Unfortunately he is also a neighbor in the same building. He seems to be desperate for money and I can see why when he has no respect for his customers. I can see why he has such a low rating by the BBB. Cussing out people when you disagree with them is not acceptable.

            We are very sorry that you were unable to afford our service. We tried twice to help you out with your flooring issues and twice you have complained about price. In addition you tried to lecture over the phone and demanded discounts. Oakerds LLC is a leading flooring company in the Metro Atlanta area and doesn't need to explain pricing to you. You have the option to either accept the quote or not.
