This company needs to be shut down. They are fraudulently taking your money claiming to help you. This is a scam and the BBB needs to press charges locking this person up behind bars. This is a felony claiming to be an officer and providing false services. They take your money and run.Business response

We are not identifying ourselves as officers of any government agency. We are contractors and as such require all clients to go through a background check process. We do not promise them any guaranteed work but we do share their information with military contractors who can hire their services. I do not see their information in our system as a customerInitial Complaint

I was under the impression that I was registering for a military freight transportation board that allows me as a courier to make connections with military freight brokers. I applied for the promotion of $100 "no refund" background check and 2 months free access to the platform. I made payment and paperwork July 5th. Made a call asking for updates on July 28th and ******************** tells me that I qualify but my profile wouldn't be ready until Tuesday, August 1st. I told him how shakingly furious I was at his poor performance when a money and chatGPT could do his job better than him. I have not heard from ****** since. He took my hard earned $100 and ran. I call every day through the ************* number posted on the site. Please help me get my money and shut down his business as it is clearly a scam. Please help me stop toxic people like ******. I notified ****** several times to verify that he does not charge me again Sept 4th. Even with cancelling, I should have had access to the profile and platform as soon as I qualified and til the end of the promotion, September 5th. The number provided on the link attached goes to a reception, third-party, company. They could not answer any of my questions about the platform. When ****** called my phone, it claimed his location was in ********. This was a HUGE red flag. His direct phone number, which already has all my phone lines blocked, ************.
