      About 9/13/2022 I paid $3,210.00 to Murray Brother Funeral Home to cover half the cost of my brother *********************** funeral services with, I believe two debit cards.********************************************* ******* paid the other half of $6,420.00 total bill.My payment cards was accepted at the time we filed out the original document. I have misplaced my copy of the original contract and the funeral home could not provide their copy of the original handwritten document. Murray Brothers Funeral Home gave a very suspicious company ******************** my bank payment information and on 2/6/2024 I noticed a big decrease in my account balance from ***** *********** ******************** had been given unauthorized access to my account funds and issued two drafts from my account, one for $2,000.00 and one for $1,210.00.I feel extremely violated by Murray Brothers, ******************** and ***** **********.On 2/16/24 ***** Fargo made a provisional credit to my checking account for the $3,210.00, thats not good enough, I want an unconditional credit to my account.Please Help!I believe this is a case of fraud and illegal Authorization to make transactions in my account by these three companies Thank You very much Murray Brothers Funeral Home **** ********************************************************************. ***** ************ ******************** FUNGAi MUYENGWA (payment consultant ************ ***** ********** *****************************************. ***** ************ Cust.       My mother passed 4/18/20 and I have been unable to obtain her death certificate for 3 years. My family has worked exhaustingly with the stayf at Murray Brothers to no avail. They continue to state they faxed the death certificate to the doctor for signature and he did not return it. They are not able to tell me the name of the doctor or the date requested. My mother, ****************************************** again died 3 years ago and I have not been able to close her estate. Please assist. Attached is the blank death certificate they claim to have faxed

      I would like to know where my mothers ashes are and the ability to provide them to Me.I ****** documents releasing my mothers body along with my brother. I constantly called Murray Brothers seeking my mothers ashes to no prevail. The staff was very RUDE to me. My moms name- ************************** born 6/13/43. Thank you for your assistance.

      Murray Brothers Funeral Home handled my fathers memorial services after his passing in January. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks for me to receive his death certificate so that I may settle his affairs. As of today, it has been over 4 months and I still dont have a death certificate. Ive been told that the doctor has not signed it and I was redirected to the ****** County ************************* However, the **** told me that the my fathers physician agreed to sign the certificate back in January and that it is now a matter between Murray Brothers and his doctor. My father was a vet and all of his care was through the VA, so tracking down his physician there has presented a different set of challenges. But to my understanding, it is the responsibility of Murray Brothers track her down and not mine. My phone calls to **** (when they answer) are very short and abrupt where the person who answers simply tells me that the doctor has not signed the certificate. As I understand the law, the funeral home has 72 hours after receiving the remains to present the certificate to the doctor for signature and the doctor has 30 days to sign. If the doctor has not signed at that point, the funeral home is authorized to report the doctor to a disciplinary board. I cant get an answer as to whether any of this has happened and I have no ETA on when I can expect the certificate. I paid Murray Brothers for 5 certificates and I have yet to receive any with no indication on when or if I will ever receive them. Im simply requesting that they complete their fiduciary and contractual duties of assisting me with obtaining my fathers death certificate.

      My Brother passed away 11/03/2018; Murray **** Funeral Home handled the final arrangements which included cremation with payment in full submitted 11/09/20118. After countless attempts and unjustified stonewalling on the establishments part when trying to secure a death certificate, we finally received it June 16, 2021.This delay created an indescribable hardship on the family in that necessary business obligations could not be completed nor addressed. We have sent certified letters to the funeral home request a full refund and no one has ever responded to our complaint. We have since filed a complaint with the *********** of Funeral Service, which acknowledged 2/10/2022 receipt of said complaint and conducting a thorough investigation.With the history shown on your website alone, it is a proven fact that ***** Brothers Funeral Home has virtually made it a habit to collect payments without following thru with services entrusted to them in time of grief.
