Good morning, We are following up on the continued concerns with our flooring and a few other items. Please see below regarding the issues and timeline:1. Nov. 3 - email sent to ***************************************************** informing the builder that many of the floor boards cracked and had gapping. Link to pictures: ****************************************************. Dec. 1 - Called ************************ to discuss damaged floor - spoke to ******** 3. Dec. 13 - flooring guy came out to look at floors and determined the cracking was normal; came back to the home a week later to deliver a mop and floor cleaner and stated to wait until warmer months to see if the floorboards expand 4. Floors have now lifted and gaps have widened 5. Garage doors 1 & 2 (coming into the home) do not stay closed. The doors stay ajar as there is no suction to keep them closed; unable to lock the doors as a result 6. Paint chipped from when you all did the power washing back in August. 7. Bathroom door scuff from door getting stuck when closed; does not close (first bedroom on the left)8. Kitchen 9. Upstairs bedroom door does not close (back left bedroom)10. Fireplace frame in GreatRoom fell 11. Basement bedroom closet has a crack in the frame and closet doors do not close / stay shut 12. More kitchen -13. The upper right window in the front office room on the main floor still has an issue with condensation 14. Butlers *********. Keeping Room- walk crack near door to screened porch 16. Basement Bathroom - paint on cabinet near floor 17. The window in the laundry room still needs adjustment. The latch/lock is broken or the spring is too tight.18. Window in Keeping Room (right side) wont close and lock 19. Both doors for the screened-in porch are not aligned and gets stuck, and it's hard to lock them
