I currently rent through ****** homes and they use Resipro as their maintance company. In my experience this company does not search for highly recommended vendors. the Maintance personal they send out are a one man band. Which for small repairs is ok. Maybe out of their control the solo vendors they have sent out were not pleasant. One man was questioning me on if i live alone and asking me to purchase things I had in my yard. The issue was not solved within the first visit and when i asked if they could send a different vendor out they refused. that same individual showed up to my house knowingly two hours early and proceeded to use my things to clean out the inside of his truck and poke around my belongs outside. I saw him on my cameras and came home. Being a single mother to three small children this is alarming. recently I had a pipe burst under the foundation of my home which caused my two back carpeted bedrooms to flood. There is currently 2 inches of water destroying the house and my furniture. They told me this is a non emergent issue and if i wanted to be put up in a hotel i would have to use my renters insurance. Instead of sending out a emergent destruction team to dry out the house and stop further damage they sent out ONE handy man. He was cutting holes in the wall when the leak is clearly under the foundation. We tried to explain that in ******* is take 2 seconds for mold to start growing and they need the correct company to come out. I am now on day 4 of NOTHING be corrected. Me and my children can not stay in that residence. my dishes, laundry, flooded house have been sitting in the ******* heat for 4 days. Not to mention my son is severely asthmatic and they are trying to raise the rent over 20% in one annual year. I have had minimal responses after reaching out multiple times regarding this issue. My house is not flooded full of holes in he wall and my furniture that I am trying to save is on cinder blocks. Zero resolutions. 0/5 stars truly.
