Dont waste your money. This was a horrible experience for me. I purchased TWO heartland sheds from Lowes on Tuesday. I was told by Lowes that I had to purchase them over the phone with Heartland then bring a receipt to them for pickup. Heartland took my money and completed the sale. That evening I called Lowes to setup a time for the rollback to pickup the sheds. However, I was told by Lowes that Heartland never communicated the sale of either shed with them AND that one of the sheds had been sold by Heartland to another customer and was no longer on their lot (they had sold the same shed to two customers). The Lowes manager graciously offered to put a sold sign on my second building so it wouldnt be sold until I contacted Heartland. In checking my email I realized that Heartland hadnt sent an email receipt nor a **** of sale for the pickup of either shed. I contacted Heartland Backyard Products only to be treated by reps that were rude and completely unapologetic for how I had been treated. I was told by one rep that each time they tried to contact Lowes about my purchase they were hung up on. Today is Thursday and Ive called them each day asking for a receipt and an update. Finally today I was told by Heartland that the second shed was sold to someone else and they would be refunding my money for that one shed because there are no other sheds in their inventory to replace it with. I have never been treated with such poor customer service and disrespect. As a write this review I still do not have a receipt for the two buildings I purchased. As soon as they got my money the customer service stops. ********************************************* has poor business practices and after they have your money, the service is gone. This has been a nightmare. Buy your sheds somewhere else!
