            My daughters process for her wheelchair began in beginning of 2023. We didnt get her new wheelchair until January of 2024. At that time we didnt realize they forgot to mold her for her cushion. I thought it was already done and would be with the new chair. Well it wasnt and so they molded her for it. Fast forward to 3 months later and I call to follow up with ******* and they tell me file has been corrupted and they would have to mold her again. They failed to call me and tell me the news. Her current cushion is the old one off her old wheelchair. Its causing pressure sores, also the chair cant be adjusted for her until the new cushion is in. So she cant fully function in it. I have called over and over to try and get new appt for cushion once again and I cant get anywhere with it and I have cried and cried as they are getting me no help.

            National Seating & Mobility is now located in ********, **. I honestly believe they are running a scam by double charging the insurance by loosing people's items and reordering and recharging for lower ticket items in which they can get away with. They lost my sons full size mattress after lying for weeks at a time that they didn't recieve it. Bed by ******'s manager confirmed through the tracking that it was delivered and signed for by ******. NSM tried to place blame stating they don't know if it was signed for by their employee after I called them out on lying about it not being delivered. They claimed it could have been the courier because there was no name on their end but Bed by ****** provided the name. How a huge mattress can be lost is unbelievable and sounds like a lie. I have been going back and forth with them for months and today they finally told me they had to reorder the item. Unprofessional and scammers.
