            My first shipment of the dual product was a year ago at the cost of $6.10 and $6.19. The March shipment arrived at a cost of $78.43 and $87.21. After this second shipment I called and cancelled any further shipments. I was told the refund would not reflect the full purchase price of the products, but I was guaranteed no further shipments. In April I was refunded $30.00 a piece for each of the products. I also received another box. One in April, May, June, July, Aug, and Sept. Each costing $89.54 and $88.96 for a total cost of $1071.00. I contacted my back and through their fraud department I was credited for three months of payments. Therefore I am asking this company for a FULL refund for the remaining three months, a total of $536.00. I have called the company and written to them. I have the records where I returned their product. I simply wish to have my money refunded ( in the form of a check since since my bank had to cancel my debit card). I have never had trouble with an online company before. I have returned items and always received a refund. Thank you for you time.

            I only ordered one face cream and four months later I keep receiving creams that I dont want!! Ive called and sent emails but nothing!! They keep charging me and thats not right!! Has anyone gotten in contact or has a real number to call? Cant believe I felt for it!!
