      Order #**********Order I ordered 1 package of Afro ***** hair 18 inch color ************** I recieved seasoning salt ( color has red and brown few strands of silver). Hair was **** and looked over process on. Paid the 1st payment on or about March 11 2024. Recieved on or about the 15th of March opened and immediately emailed asking how to apply the refund or exchange of the hair. I made it clear that if company exchanges hair with just color black that would be satisfying. The company made concerned response to my complaints but after fulfilling all that was asked from me communication stopped. It would be simple to replace that bag of a bird's nest with the hair company advertised. Maybe that dont have that hair? Then return my money. The photo I included shows the quality dry **** and ***** the braids were being installed at the time of photo. I had my installer remove them. Braids looked like had for six months and were 2 hours old

      I ordered hair extensions from QVR. The hair arrived and smelled like chemicals - a dead rat odor. One of the packages smelled like burning human hair. I requested a refund per their refund policy within minutes of ***** delivering the order. The order is packed and ready to be returned. They have refused a refund and are trying to get me to keep the order and accept a 20% discount on my next order. It will cost me less than $8 to return this to the ********** address on their web site.

      Hair is fake. SYNTHETIC PLASTIC. The advertise as human hair which is a complete lie. I requested my money back after trying to bleach hair. And when I put a lighter to it it melts like plastic. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. And my order was late because they don't know how tor properly write an address on the box

      0000012138-order number. I order a bundle with closure of loose deep wave human hair. They sent me deep wave which is a different pattern. I have emailed them numerous times with no response.

      Placed an order for a total of $130.90. I never received a tracking number for the shipment or the product. I tried to reach out to the company never received an update about my order.

      I ordered some wigs from this company for my cancer treatment as a hair prosthesis. I ordered two wigs, one was supposed to be a straight-hair 12" wig and the ither a curly hair 26" wig with curly baby hairs.Purchased both for a little over $300. When the wigs arrived, there were a number of issues already. For the curly wig, there were NO curly baby hairs, as advertised. Furthermore, the hair did not even remotely match the photo provided for the hair (************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************).I reached out to the company to tell them their error and to request a refund for the curly hair. The refund policy (**************************************************************). I have attached a photo of the refund with the highlighted area. Their response (attached) me was flippant, as they claimed that there were curly edges when they sent it. Clearly it wasn't--do they really think that I am so unintelligent that I don't know that curly edges don't just *magically* disappear in the transit? No, they didn't send the right item.This company appears to be fraudulent, because their reviews are all 5 stars, but if anybody has had an experience like that, then they are faking reviews and tricking consumers into their scam company, They should not be operating in ***************** if they are going to so grossly neglect consumer rights and disregard and disrespect our expectations.
