I wish I could put 0 stars. This company is a scam. They have terrible customer service. They are not black owned, although they tout themselves to be. They are Chinese. They do not answer customer service emails although their site does not state that emails will be ignored. They will only respond to WhatsApp days later. They are not helpful. I did not receive my package, but they keep telling me to just return the item. The item was to be shipped to wrong address, and I tried to cancel prior to the item shipping. I sent many emails immediately after the item was ordered. Then I also sent a message to a WhatsApp number. I used the email that was on their site under the contact us section for am customer service. There are no hours of operation listed or time zones posted at all. They responded two days later and said that the item gad shipped out before I emailed that. However, that would be impossible as I sent out multiple emails less than ten minutes after ordering. Protect yourself. Do not patronize this business. When I finally did speak to a person, they were very nasty and threatening.Review from Denise B

I believe this is a scam business. They have no customer service, there is only one person running this scammish operation. I ordered on Mothers day 05/14/2023 because of the reviews on their website, but when I observed the ****** reviews I found total conflict. I cancelled my order 10 min later. I received an email HOURS LATER asking why I wanted to cancel, I explained that I dont like conflicting reviews. I got no response until 11:45 that same night on a Sunday that my order had shipped. Totally disregarded my cancellation and refused to communicate AT ALL. I sent several emails, tried to call a phoney number they have online. NO RESPONSE at all . I purchased using afterpay with my credit card so I had no choice but to shut my card down because i could see that QVR had already taken $41.25 from my card and still no communication. THIS IS NOT A LEGIT COMPANY, I BELIEVE IT IS ONLY ONE OR TWO PEOPLE RUNNING A SCAM WITH A GLORIFIED WEBSITE. I WANT MY REFUND OF $41.25 refunded . Their real reviews are horrible and I thank God I was able to go on ****** and see them. They have FAKE reviews on their website . Horrible business with no customer service!
