I am sending a second email requesting a refund on my October 14, 2023 purchase, which cleared my bank account on October 17, 2023. I do not want to wait for any back order products. The company took my money, lacked communication in why I had not received my products and I had to start my own product tracking. Dont play with me, by telling me well send an email to try to stall and buy time to prevent having to refund me. The only email I would like to see is stating you have started my refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased some styling tools from Wrapaloc on two separate occasions. The first one was on June 1st and the second was placed on June 6th. I received my first order but NEVER RECEIVED the second order. I have been emailing their supposed customer service since the end of June and this company continues to give me the runaround. I have contacted ***** which they advised me to do as part of trying to retain a refund, in which I was informed that my product was lost! As of today this company has yet again insulted me by stating that I need to contact **** since they lost my package, confirming not only what I told them but also confirming that they were Fully aware that my package was Lost! Im tired of the runaround and lack of service that they are providing!
