I ordered the handheld steamer on March 3, 2023, for $136. 81 (Order ****). I received the steamer on March 17, 2023. I emailed the company to let them know the product was defective right away but I have not received a response yet. Nor does it state how to get a refund on their website or the receipt I received in the email. I want to send it back for a refund, please.Initial Complaint

I purchased a hand held steamer from Metowi. After using the steamer it was loud and sputtered so i reached out to her via Instagram in which she was obviously offended because I commented publicly. She was rude in her response which turned me off from wanting to support her completely. I continued to have issues with the steamer and burned my scalp using it. I reached out to her again and let her know. There was no apology, concern, nothing. She said I could return the product in which I did. I tracked the product and it shows that the item has been received and she still has not refunded me but blocked me on social media instead. Ironically she always post about her professionalism but seems to be far from it. I would not recommend this business to anyone and am disappointed with the her lack of customer service and professionalism.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on the website on around November 15th 2021. The total amount was for $226.15. The item was supposed to be delivered on 11/19/2021 by **** I received an alert that the package was delivered and the driver met customer. I immediately reached out to *** and filed a claim. I also reached out to metowi method at least 3 times, on 11/26/21, 11/30/21, & 12/10/21 to which i received no reply. I filed a dispute with affirm, since i purchased through shoppay, a subsidiary of affirm, on around 11/30/2021. The dispute has remained in progress, Ive submitted documents regarding the *** claim and i still have yet to hear anything from metowi method. Affirm states they are unable to do anything as all refunds and resolutions must follow the senders terms and conditions. The *** claim was issued to the sender as of 11/24/21 and i was instructed to follow up with the sender, which i did 3 times and got no reply.
