Where do I begin, my experience was truly disturbing. As a first time customer and it was my first time getting a sew-in service ever. I am truly disgusted with my experience. My appointment was at 2PM and I didnt leave until 2AM, getting home at 230AM to be at work at 6AM to not even have my hair the way I wanted it, is down right gut wrenching. For this salon to specialize in coloring my bundles are beyond the wrong color, you sell clients on color matching and I look crazy. I told the stylist I didnt like my color and the color of the bundles didnt match. No one offered water, a bag of chips, a phone charger, a place to hang my jacket, there was an absolutely no customer service whatsoever. The amount I paid was a round trip vacation and you get better acknowledgment on ****** Airlines than what I got yesterday. Also, all the stylists left this young lady all by herself late at night and left their stations filthy, no one had the professionalism to clean their areas it was stuff everywhere. She was also nauseous and I believe was vomiting and doing my hair which is violating on so many levels. My service yesterday shouldve been FREE. Need my hair fixed ASAP or something to make this right. I said my hair was already blonde why not use blonde bundles, to try to take black bundles to ash blonde in one seating is insanity. This shouldve been discussed prior to me coming in which I communicated. I also communicated that I had an Ash blonde toner and which toner in my hair already and ICE was used. Overall, this was unacceptable. The overall experience was terrible, 2PM to 2AM to not receive what I paid for is highway robbery.I would also like to add that these bundles are extremely over processed and fried. After, having it for like a day since I left at 230 in the morning, I used flexi rods to maintain the curls and it looks like you can scrub pots with it. I reached out twice and no response

Hi ! . This not a reflection of our brand. I will be contact you directly to rectify this situation immediately. The client got a service that she didnt properly book for. The stylist ***** wanted to accommodate her request and didnt mind staying the extra time to make her happy. The service she book for a Sewin with color on the weave only. Once she arrived she wanted to add a triple process color on her natural hair as well. The client al so had beautiful thick long hair which added to the time it took for the service. That service is 6 hours alone but it self plus the color in the weave and the installation process. I apologize this situation wasnt rectified sooner and willl reach out directly.
