Order #****** placed 8/6/24 shipped 8/14 received 8/15 $486.32 Brazilian Wavy Bundles - 28 Quantity: 1?Total: $110.00 Glueless 5X5 HD Closure Wig - 200% Density - Body Wave / 28"Quantity: 1?Total: $375.00 I received the unit and bundle. But was VERY disappointed on how THIN the product was. I returned both the bundle and wig 8/23 via **** Unused lace intact, tag, netting and styrofoam ,bundle unused ties still intact. Per policy item must be returned unused and in original packaging. The website for the retuning label was down I email 8/20 asking for help with getting a return label. I got a email back 8/21 stating directions on the return. 8/23 item was shipped inside original packaging and received 8/24. 8/27 I reached out via email inquiring of the status of my return 8/28 I received a email stating the order was still being processed. 9/1 I reached out again for a status update on the return. 9/3 I received a email being accused of using the wig! Please advise, we have received this return. Upon inspection, the Brazilian Body Wavy 28" 5x5 Closure Unit appears to have been used. Per our policy, we do not provide exchanges or refunds on used items. We can process a one time exchange or place an in store credit on this account. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. In order for the wig to have been used I would need to customize the unit! I sent back the same exact wig I was sent I didnt even try the wig on once I saw the quality of the merchandise. I emailed 9/3 and 9/4 requesting for evidence of the used merchandise and to have this matter be brought to management/live representative. I am waiting on a response. I want my full refund in the form that was submitted. The product was unused!Business response

Customer purchased hair from our company and was not satisfied with the items received. We provided return instructions and once we received this return, our team noticed this item was not in the original condition as sent and can not be resold. Due to our policy, we let the customer know only items in original condition can be refunded. The customer insisted this item was not used and requested a full refund. We granted this one time request and provided a refund. There should no longer be a need for a complaint .Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Snob Life on June 13, 2024, the order consisted of two (2) 20 inch Brazilian wavy bundles and one (1) 18 inch 5x5 HD Brazilian wavy closure for a total of $234.20. This order was also protected by route protection. I received the order on June 21, 2024, I could tell the exterior of the package was damaged. It was very poorly taped and ***** had to relabel the package due to the damage of the package. One of the 20 inch bundles was very badly damaged and unusable. I emailed the company on the same day requesting a replacement for the bundle, I have yet to receive a response. I have sent multiple emails to the company and have not received any reply or update.Business response

Hello,
Our company reached out numerous times to rectify this issue. This item was not sent from our warehouse in the received condition and seems to have been damaged while in transit by the carrier. Our company reached out to the customer to provide a prepaid return label in hopes to exchange this item in a prompt manner but this order was not returned and no further response from the customer to our emails was sent. Our customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to resolving all issues promptly.

I made a purchase from a company called SnobLife on 5/20/2024.Amount- $68.35 I have contacted the company 3 times without response because their product caused me to have an allergic reaction. All I want is to return the products and get a refund.Order #******Business response

I purchased 3 bundles of hair and the protection plan on November 24th. 2023 and here it is 1/31/24... I paid a total of $187.49 & I have not received my products. I contacted the seller twice via email and via phone call and no response. I am requesting a full refund and to put the public on notice to not order hair from this company. I also contacted ZIP for a full investigation and refund. I am reporting here, in case I am not successful with ZIP. Sorry not sorry! Its all about business. You would at least think she would let her customers know what's going on with the status of our shipment on all social media platforms! I am very frustrated and I just wish she would at least communicated to inform her customers!Business response

Please advise, customer purchased 3- 16" bundles of Brazilian Body wave hair on 11/24/2023 and this order was fulfilled and shipped on 11/27/2023. Our records indicate this order was successfully delivered 11/29/2023 to the shipping address provided. This order shows to have not had any shipping protection or delivery signature add on purchased and was left door side.
