      My name is ************************* and my order number for this product I purchased at the Purple Label Hair is #**** the product was a 13x4 frontal lace wig Hawaiian wave (platinum collection). I ordered this wig on 4/1/24 and received it on 4/18/24. The product was supposed to hold its longevity for up to a year or longer I installed it twice after receiving it and after the first install I was dissatisfied. The first install of the wig there was light shedding but that was expected. By the second install 2.5 weeks later the shedding increased. I then noticed the frontal was balding lightly in certain areas. After the last install on 4/20/24 I havent wore it since . I tried to apply the wig again on 5/15/24 and after installing it, wetting, and properly combing it out I noticed the balding got worse. I am not one to complain if Im not severely concerned. I paid $454.00 for this wig and it hasnt lasted 2 months. The advertising for the product stated it was supposed to last for up to a year and was supposed to have minimal to no shedding. When I got the product it was the opposite of what was advertised and promised. I also reached out to the seller multiple times without a response or solution. I filed this claim with my bank as well and it was ruled into the sellers favor because the purchase was made through ******* I am reporting this company for the fabrication of what I was supposed to receive but didnt. As well as I didnt receive a response back from the seller.

      Regarding our policy, for safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been worn or altered. We apologize if this policy was not clear at the time of your purchase.

      Places order on 08/06/24 for $187.04. Per there policy orders will be shipped out within 7 business days. I called on the 8th business day an email. I still have not got a response. Phone goes straight to voicemail. I have left several voicemails.

      On February 22,2024 I placed an order for $99 plus tax and shipping with the company, I received my product within two weeks. I styled the wig hair was good but it has gaps in between the weft and they are spaced out and when you rub your hand across the top of the hair to the back you can feel humps. On March 18th 2024 I reached out to the company via email, letting them know my concerns they responded March 22 telling me that once i styled the wig the problem would be fixed. I emailed them back to let them know I have already styled it and the problem is still there, they have yet to respond. I even left a ****** review. Still nothing. I want some type of solution to this issue.

      I placed an order to purchase hair on 05/28/2023 and have received a confirmation email however the hair has never been shipped out. *** also emailed the company but have not gotten a response. I have also been calling the number as well as text the phone because it has iMessage. I have still not gotten a response.

      I ordered from the company own March.02 2023. I have not yet received my order. I try to reach out by email and phone calls. no answer/ I will not order and thing else from this company. I would like to receive my order or my money back. this company should at least reach out to let me know something about my order.

      I ordered on October 16 products from the company. I have been reaching out and emailing the company after a week. No one has reached back out to my emails or phone calls. I called the number on the page and no answer. Ive emailed and been reaching out on social media. I have inboxes from other customers who has orders and no one reaching out. Im not sure if the company is fraudulent but I want my products or money back please
