Cotiviti representatives nationwide have been calling me for several years because they have the wrong number and think they are calling **************** center. At first I would tell them the mistake and provide the correct number, only for the same rep to call me again. If I didn't answer, they left messages with confidential patient information. I started blocking their numbers, only to get calls from different numbers. I changed my VM message to say I'm not **** AND PROVIDING THE CORRECT NUMBER TWICE IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH only to get messages for "USC". Haha, joke's on me I guess. This company does not care about accuracy or confidentiality.

Case where claim paid clean, more than a year later- in violation of the ******************* Act, Cotivity sets the entire case to patient deductible, sends overpayment request for entire balance of claim. Completely unacceptable. This case needs to be addressed. please get in touch by email.

Cotiviti has treated me completely unfairly and displays favoritism to anyone who is not relatable to them or a single mother of a child with a disability and will make disgusting remarks and threaten you with job loss. Prior to being hired I disclosed the information that I have a toddler on the autism spectrum and from time to time I will be attending to him. The attending will take no longer than 3-5 minutes. During training there are other parents with children in the background and they will attend to them with no issues. When it comes to my child to be attended to I get reported and accused of running a day care stating I have multiple kids in the background running around. I only have one child and this is simply not true. I was told I need to provide day care for my son within a day while I'm working or I will be fired. This choice was not offered to any other person during training. I was fired for attending to my autistic son needs. During training the video camera is required to be on the entire time which is very uncomfortable and used to spy on the trainees household. The disrespect is completely unnecessary and I was refused any other option other than provide a day care for my son even though this is a work from home job. My son was not crying, my son was not disrupting training, he simply went to me while I was working and wanted some food. 5 seconds away from the video camera to attend to my son is not an offense worth being fired over especially when you demonstrate that you are fully competent and able to perform job function.

This collection agency will not stop. We have had our pt's parents involved and have been working with Cigna and United Healthcare numerous times. This collection agency does not have the correct information and will not stop. Cigna is the primary carrier, I have talked to **************** requested that this stop and contact Cigna for the information regarding who is the primary. It was determined in July of 2020 again in 2021 and again 2022 that Cigna is primary and UHC is the secondary. This harassment and confusion with Cotivity is inappropriate. Attached is the most recent documents rec'd, although we have rec'd stacks of attempts for this - These letters have been sent to our office approximately every 3 weeks since fall of 2020. The parents are very upset as we are also.

*********** provider and submitted a claim to CIGNA, and they made a serious processing error with monies improperly disbursed to the patient, who cashed the check and paid of his own account. Cigna also erred in a secondary health savings account. Now, 7-8 months later, they are after the patient to return the monies to the insurance company, and sent this matter to Cotiviti. And Cotiviti is harassing the patient who did nothing wrong, only right. I sent an email on May 4th to Cotiviti, which I have record of, verifying the payment history by my patient..it was received. But now, 4 weeks later, they deny receipt of my report, stated that the email address was i correct by an oddly placed dot..where no one ever puts a dot, and they are harassing the patient again, who did nothing wrong or fraudulent. I have sent three copies to this corrected address, got voice verification of its receipt by Cotivitiagain. But unsure that this will be resolved..CIGNA made the error, the patient only did right..

I have been contacting this company since 12/2021 to pick up their equipment. I have called and emailed it is ridiculous they want pick up their equipment. I have left messages letting this company know I will drop it off at the police precinct. It is to the point now Im going to throw it in the trash if it is not out of my house by the time they deliver my new furniture on June 10, 2022. I will throw it in the trash. My house is not a storage facility for equipment a company does not want so the city dump can house it after 6.10.2022
