      I ordered two pairs of large size "Silver Sole Low Cut Socks" for men from the "Natural Health Resources" online store on 4/18/2023, and paid a total of $26.95 for them, including a fee of $1.95 for the transaction with my **** Netspend debit card. The price listed for a single pair of these socks was $12.50. When I did not receive them in a timely manner, I contacted this company by email on 5/2/2023 to ask when I might receive them. When I did not receive a reply, I contacted the company several weeks later through the "Chat" feature of their website and was assured that I would receive my order. When I did not receive the order by January, 2024, I sent another email to this company on 1/2/2024 requesting a refund. As of today, 5/21/2024, I have not received a refund or the merchandise, and there has been no further communication from Natural Health Resources or the chief representative of the company, *********************************, ND. My order number for both pairs of socks is *****. As a footnote, I do not know why "Stamps.com" was involved in the email notification which I apparently received from Natural Health Resources, and I did not use their services.I would like to receive a refund from Natural Health Resources of $26.95.

      I placed an order online via Natural Health Resources for a hormone test kit to be sent to me. I used my Health Savings Account to pay for the hormone test kit and I have the confirmation that my HSA was charged ****** on July 18, 2022. I received an email after I placed the order from *********************************, ND <*****************************************> confirming my order placed online on the evening of July 17, 2022. The email stated (and I quote): "Dear *****,Thank you for your purchase! Your test kit will be shipped out **** 2-3 day priority mail. Natural Health Resources Team". I have not received the hormone test kit that was charged and paid for. I have politely reached out to both <*****************************************> and the website email address of ********************************** several times and have gotten no response back. There are no emails from either address responding to my concerns (I checked my inbox, spam, and junk email folders as well to make sure I wasn't missing any emails. I have also called their customer phone number several times and left detailed voicemails *************** - where it says your call will be returned within 24 hours) and I have gotten no response from that either. In addition, I used the "Live Chat" option on the website and have at least 3 confirmed "open tickets" via the live chat (that notes no one is available for live chat but a ticket has been opened) - and I have gotten no response from the chat messages I have submitted on the website. My HSA has shared they need a confirmed receipt from Natural Health Resources and outside of the email noting that my purchase will be sent in 2-3 days priority mail, I have not received the product I have paid for. My HSA has also noted that if I don't get a response/purchased product from Natural Health Resources that I will have to reimburse them from my own money. Please help. I have truly tried to communicate with this company and have gotten on response. Thank you.

      I contacted ********************************* for help with hormones. She has me order a comprehensive female hormone profile home test for $375 and I never recevied anything. I've been trying to contact her or anyone at her company ever since but to no avail!

      I ordered the prostrate fix e-book on 9/15/21, I haven't received it, the phone number is not taking calls. I've left messages with no response.
