      I ordered twice from here and haven't received my package. After my first order I paid with my debit card for $89.75 I ha then went back to the site after sending me a coupon and bought more seamoss gel which I Financed by Affirm. I have emailed , called (wrong number they have posted).. *** one has reached out to me regarding this matter .... I just want my money back from both purchases

      I just want my refund this page I believe to be fraudulent I had to get a new debit card my account was fraudulently charged ticks and gift cards my bank intercepted all transactions but I feel it may have been Flow Essentials they refused to refund me and there website states **** days to receive the product. I paid for season on 4/26/23 I have received my order and they state they cant refund via email because my product is being processed.

      I ordered product Feb 15th 2023 and expected product to be delivered withing 4 days, but gave them 30 days and still no product. I emailed them about not receiving product and the robot email came back saying that it was still in the process of shipping. I gave them another 2 weeks and still no product, so I requested a cancelation of order and refund for $59.87. I was told because its being processed I cannot receive refund. I also paid with Apple Cash so doing a charge back isnt an option (as far as I know).I have emailed several times again, yet no reply and if I try calling it says line busy!

      We ordered product Feb 15th 2023 and expected product to be delivered withing 4 days, but gave them 30 days and still no product. We emailed them about not receiving product and the robot email came back saying that it was still in the process of shipping. We gave them another 2 weeks and still no product, so we requested a cancelation of order. They then said they will send the request to cancel, but got no further confirmation of canceling, so we did a charge back on the credit card. After getting fully refunded from AMEX, they emailed us wanting us to take back to reversal to get a credit for further product purchase. I denied them and they followed up with demands to reverse chargeback, since there are no canceling of orders allowed. We then received product, not what we ordered, but one container was leaking and the other was full of mold. It has been a couple weeks and have not heard another word from them. So if you are in this same situation, I would suggest just doing a charge back on card, there is no other way out of their run around.

      I placed an order back in February 2023 and its almost the end of March and when I inquire about my order, I get the same mundane defaulted response: its still in the process of fulfillment! and the communication just goes dark afterwards. I want a refund! Im getting no response.

      I have been going back and forth with flow sea **** flow essentials and they keep saying they will ship our products eventually and that they wont refund my money otherwise and Im tired of it. They constantly say completely wrong English in sentences like its a robot replying. They dont have a number to call either, the line now goes to busy. It will be 8 weeks Monday, and Im tired of going back and forth. Its always the same two people who reply, and they literally sound like robots, Im pretty sure I was scammed. I want to file a chargeback but I will give them one last opportunity to either send the product or refund my money. Please help me because they arent helping at all. 69$ is a lot of money for someone who cant even afford to pay for food because Im in college. Thank you!!

      I ordered from flow December 26th, ***** worth of merchandise and I have emailed them a couple of times asking where it was. Awhile ago they said they were working on it and they will expedite it. Now its been 4 weeks and *** left a voicemail and emailed back and they simply wont answer. I found other information they have the same thing happen too. I dont know if I should just file a chargeback or whats going on. Please help. Thank you!!

      ??Ok Im guessing you guys are not reading my messages at all! The first order was send with mold and you stated you will send another one. Please ready my message. Thats very unprofessional and wrong of you to say you would send me another and you never did! Who do i talk To about this? I cant Believe you guys all this time had me thinking another order was being sent and on the way. Please read my message! You offered me another order. Smh this is terrible customer service.

      I ordered product from this business on September 3 2022. I spent 60+ dollars (their site will not allow me to access my own purchase order information). I received no tracking information on the product, while the product was in "delivery". They took over a month to get my order to me and then within a few days of having the product it molded. I emailed the business and they will not refund me for their product issue. I want my money back for this product and I want this business to not do this to anyone else.

      I placed an order for the three pack Sea **** gel 8oz jars on August 6th 2022. I received my order on September 7th, 2022 and it was completely covered in mold. I immediately took photos of the mold and emailed customer service on September 7th asking for a refund due to the products being clearly un consumable. Today is September 14th and ai still have not received any form of communication from their customer service team if there even is one. Going over a week without a response from FLOW led me to DM them on Instagram where I asked for a customer service number. I was told there was no number. I would like a full refund for my purchase immediately. This company abuses its customers and it needs to be reprimanded.
