Never received my order. This business appears to be fraudulent. I ordered in May and sent a request for an order status. It is almost September and all of my emails to the company have gone unanswered. I tried to request refund and the phone number does not work.Review from Kirby L

Ordered end of April 2023. Have not received anything. Emailed and they said they were processing and they would send no email that it was shipped. Sent another email 2 weeks now, no response. Spent over 100 dollars on Seamoss. Got nothing. Please save your money and do not buy from Flow Essentials, they are scamming people out of hundreds of dollars, and sending nothing to replace.Review from Brenna M

We ordered 2 jars with overnight shipping. It came 7 days later and was moldy. **************** said they would send a new order but never did and when emailed all they do is apologize and say it's out of stock but they are still showing it in stock for sale on their website. My husband had signed up for their subscription service as well and they charged him but never sent the product. **************** said they same thing about being out of stock and refused a refund and has now completely stopped responding to emails.Review from Earnest M

I placed a order on March 6, 2023, it's March's 29th and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed the company several times only to get an apology about my delay. I asked for a refund and was told all they could do is give me a store credit. My total was 98 dollars why would I want a store credit when I can't get a product I've already paid for. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY TAKE *****S AND COLLECT MONEY IN THE HOPES THAT YOU FORGET ABOUT IT AND BY THE **** YOU REALIZE YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT, THAT YOU JUST TAKE THE ***** DON'T ALLOW THEM TO DO IT. FILE COMPLAINTS AND CONTACT THE SOURCE THAT YOU USED FOR PAYMENT. I PLACED MY ***** ON 12/2/22 AND AS OF THIS WRITING STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THEY FINALLY SAY THAT THEY CAN'T REFUND ME BECAUSE THE ***** HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED. I TOLD THEM IT DOESN'T TAKE 3 MONTHS TO PROCESS AN *****, IF THAT'S THE **** YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN PAYMENT. GIVE ME MY MONEY. SO I WAS FORWARDED TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT WHO (ALLEGEDLY) IS TO START MY REFUND. I'LL BE ON TOP OF IT. UNTIL THEN, NOBODY BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE AND DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT ... GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!Review from Tunisia W

I had to reach out multiple times to get a response for an order i placed back at the end of December that i haven't received yet. After multiple requests they finally responded stating they've had an influx of orders and will be sending out the order but we are now February 21, 2023 and i still haven't received anything from the merchant. If i could rate zero i would. They appear to be a scam. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank at this point.Review from Fay B

This company is a scam and a waste of money. You try to give these companies a chance and they mess up each time. My first order came with mold on the top. Poor customer service. I reach out to them through email. I sent three emails and they finally responded. They sent out another batch which came with mold again. I asked for a refund. They sent a email and said we can't give you a refund but we will give you 15% off your next order. What next order??I'm order from you again. I want my money back. You didn't have a problem taking it. They took it out before the items was sent. I've emails after emails and no response. I've offered to send the molded product back if they pay for shipping for proof. I still have received no response. Poor customer service and business. These people who are running the website or emails are horrible! The response time is 4-5 days and they stop responding to me when i advised That my order came with mold in it! Someone finally responded after 5 days and stated they will give me a credit or another order. I responding saying another order would be good, hopefully i dont have the same problems, after that they never responded to giving me another order. All i am receiving is BOGOs!! This is the worst!
