I was on travel and received a letter from Alieracare dba Unity Healthshare, LLC my former health insurance provider that my personal data had been breached. They provided enrollment information for a 1 year plan with Lifelock but when I tried to enroll the Lifelock website rejected my enrollment. The letter said nothing about a deadline to enroll online but said the deadline to enroll by phone was 11/15/21.I called Lifelock and the clerk and her supervisor were rude and unhelpful.I contacted Alieracare dba Unity Healthshare multiple times but they never replied. I offered to pay Alieracare for the 5 days out of the year that they had promised but still I received no v reply from them. They need to help me mitigate the damage that they caused by breaching my personal data. They can either provide the year data protection with lifelock (less 5 days) or provide a year of credit monitoring to be sure no one is attempting to do harm to my credit profile or steal personal identifying data.Initial Complaint

When I researched online and found out that: 1. Aliera Healthcare does not hold a certificate of authority or other license authorizing it to transact insurance in the State of California. 2. Trinity Healthshare does not hold a certificate of authority or other license authorizing it to transact insurance in the state of California. 3. California Department of Insurance has issued them Cease and Desist Order on 03/8/2020 Since Trinity HealthShare and Aliera Healthcare are not currently
