      I ordered an acoil for my ac unit on july 10-2022. $344.86 with shipping. I got an order confirmation email. a moth went by so i called on the order, it goes to answering service, but i got a call back saying it would ship august 22. I waited for about another month and called again. This time I didnt get a call back. I wrote them an email, they never answered to online chat. The last time i tried to call, all the phone numbers were disconnected.

      I called and talked to a sales representative (****) and placed an order on 7/7/2022 for a PTAC Wall Unit for $879.00. I received an email with a Ship date of 7/22/2022. This date has come and gone. I have called almost everyday for months now to only be answered by a receptionist who then tries to connect me to someone who can help me but they are never in the office, so I have left numerous voicemails with none returned back. I tried calling today 10/13/2022 and now the message is that this phone number is no longer in service. Seems I should have looked at BBB before the purchase was made.

      I ordered roughly $1,300 worth of equipment and never received my equipment. I have emailed, ******** messaged, online massaged and called with no response! I tried calling today and now their phones have been disconnected.

      My son (****) ordered a part for Air Conditioner (Evaporator Coil) from ProServices for me on 6/29/2022. We paid for the part, but NEVER received the part. Have made several calls to ProServices. Got one return call stating the part will probably ship around 7/18/2022. It is 9/2/2022 and we still never received the part.PO# ********* Sales Order # SO336 Cost $331.56

      Ordered and paid for an Amana PTAC air conditioner-order # *** in the amount of $1529.62 on 06/29/2022 Over the past month my wife and I have called and emailed at least a dozen times to simply get a confirmation of delivery date. We have received no response by phone or email from anyone. We need either a firm and reasonable date for delivery or a full refund.

      On July 7,2022 I placed an order for an evaporater coil for my air conditioner. According to the original order, the shipping date was supposed be 7-22-2022. I paid $320.00 to them and have received no updates. I have called and emailed numerous times and still nothing. I have been told at least twice that my message would be passed on and someone would call me back. At this point, I don't even know if it's a legitimate business or if I will ever receive the item I paid for.

      On June 1st 2022 I ordered a Mini split from Proservices supply company. I paid with my credit card,$1354.68. Company stated product was in stock. After seven days I called to find out when I could expect delivery. I have called each day since then but never can speak with any person who works for this company nor will they return my calls, I have sent three emails for delivery information. I am not receiving any information. Yesterday I left a message to cancel my order. Still no reply. I would like a complete cancelation and my account credited back. I need to know this will be done ASAP so I can place my order else where. My order # *********. Thank you.

      I ordered almost $2,800 worth of equipment from them and never received the equipment. Every time I call I am told there is no one available to speak with and they will call me back but they don't. I spoke with one person at the company who said he had solved the issue but still no equipment delivered and now he doesn't answer phone. I have emailed also and heard nothing in response.
