I have an infection and a test came back. The doctor issued another antibiotic. Her assistant called me and did not leave the doctors office number. She left customer service. Have you ever called *********************** customer service? Id rather be horsewhipped then to call their customer service number now I have a new prescription that it should not showing ** in my portal so I cannot fill it.Business response

I have been informed by the gastroenterologist at Kaiser Permanente of ******* who performed my previous colonoscopy that I needed to schedule a follow-up colonoscopy because of issues detected during my previous 2 colonoscopies, and the follow-up colonoscopy is more than a year overdue. I had the pre-procedure meeting with the gastroenterologist more than 5 months ago, and the gastroenterologist again urged me to schedule the procedure. Every time I attempt to schedule the colonoscopy procedure, either through the Kaiser Permanente website or by calling their phone number for scheduling appointments, I am told that there are no appointment times for colonoscopies available. I have attempted to schedule an appointment at least 6 times, with the same negative response every time. The call center simply advised me to keep calling. This utterly poor service is unacceptable. I want Kaiser Permanente to schedule my colonoscopy procedure, and do it soon.Business response

I have been having issues with my lower left back, hip and buttock for years. I have had several injections that after finally having a mri were not needed. After the *** I had 3 more injections in a different area of my back I was told would help me. They didn't. I was told because I had some relief from those 3 injections burning the nerves to that area would benefit me. Each time I told the doctor I was not sure the injections helped or if I wasn't having pain because of the lidocaine used to numb the area. I was reassured after having the spinal injection I would have relief. I have none. I am in constant pain. All day. Every day. I asked for a referral to *****. They only read what was on the *** and told me the same thing, yet everything they are doing is not helping me. Nobody is listening to me when I say I am in constant pain. I can not sleep. I have taken every pain medicine prescribed. Soon I will have issues with my kidneys and or pancreas. This is depressing and my anxiety is through the roof. Kaiser is expensive so if you can avoid their orthopedics and pain management department I would highly recommend doing so. I have spent so much money on physical therapy, procedure and office copays for nothing. I'm far from suicidal but I can sympathize with people who contemplate dying over living in constant pain.Business response

My insurance started on 01 ******* *** I still have not received my insurance. They told me my insurance is processing. Today is ************************************ to my insurance account. I need the insurance card to see the doctor. I called them, but they did nothing, just asked me to contact HR. I am extremely angry about this. I need them to mail my insurance card and solve my insurance account problem immediately.
