      Im writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Beazer Homes. On 03/15/2024, I was scheduled to sign documents at the title company. One day before at 5pm *********************, the Beazer Sales Director called me telling me to be there at noon, because everything was set to sign the documents. However, upon arrival, I had to wait for an unacceptable seven hours due to the fact that Beazer Homes had not provided the necessary survey documents. This delay not only caused significant inconvenience but also resulted in unexpected expenses amounting to several thousand dollars.The situation was further exacerbated by the unprofessional and rude behavior of *********************. His response to the issue was dismissive and lacking in courtesy, which only added to my frustration and disappointment.After we sent the company our receipts for the reimbursement (hotel, meal, pajamas, essential items and an extra amount from the moving company), it took almost ONE month to the same unprofessional and rude *********************, get back to us saying they will NOT reimburse anything, making fun of our chick fil a meal and with a suggestion that we should have slept on the floor because we had a house. This was incredibly insensitive and dismissive, particularly considering that we had no furniture, not even a mattress for my two little kids, because the truck was unable to be unloaded at 7pm.When I told him that I got the keys at 7pm and that wasnt a way to get anything set for my family, he asked: but what time do you go to bed? What? I couldnt believe what I was hearing! As a customer, I expected RESPECT, a higher standard of service and professionalism from a company of Beazer Homes' standing. I trust that you will address these issues promptly and take the necessary actions to prevent such occurrences in the future.       We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the homeowner. Every effort was made with intention to ensure the new home closed on Friday as promised. Our ** of Sales listened with empathy and understanding as the buyer vented about their experience. The buyers realtor contacted Beazer the day before the closing to ensure the appointment was still scheduled for Friday. The buyer joined the call and voiced concerns the new home would not close on Friday. Per protocol Customer received notice the closing was scheduled for Friday. This was confirmed with the buyer and buyer directed to follow the instructions and be at the title company by noon. Beazer ** of Sales confirmed the Friday closing with our closing coordinator/lender/and title company.On Friday, the buyer arrived for the noon appointment with the title company. ***** called ** of Sales stating the documents were not ready. Our ** explained sometimes closings are delayed for one reason or another, as stated on their contract. Unfortunately, the buyer had tried to simultaneously close their existing home and the new home for the same day. The ** worked diligently with the lender and title company to ensure the process was moving forward and the new home to close as promised on Friday. Days later, the homeowner demanded that expenses they incurred be reimbursed. ** of Sales again listened and attempted to put himself in their shoes and shared of his own closing experience. He did not intend for that sharing to be misconstrued as a suggestion for the customers family to sleep on the floor and apologizes for the misunderstanding.The home closed on Friday as promised. As such, we would not be responsible for expenses incurred by the homeowner. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and do everything within reason to ensure a 5-star experience is provided.

      The worst builder when it comes to building material they used, highly disappointed with the quality and regret doing business with them.I dont recommend this builder to anyone!!!

      Beazer homes ******** has thoroughly reviewed the homeowner's concerns and conducted an inspection of both the siding and roof. After the inspection, the findings were shared with the homeowner by the ************* Representative. Unfortunately, due to the age of the home, these items are not covered under warranty.

      Please avoid purchasing from this builder. Our home is probably the worst quality ever. We have spots that weren't even painted, outlet holes too big for the outlet covers, three roof leaks, window leaks, front door not latching, poor texture, HVAC unbalanced, and many many more things. I think our home was rushed to closing so they can include it in their year-end earnings. POOR POOR POOR quality.

      Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Its all about numbers not quality. Two years in and continuing to have problems Leaking roof, squeaking floors doors that wont stay open because the walls are not plumb.Absolutely DO NOT BUY A BEAZER home.

      I purchased a brand new home from this company. $535,000. One of their people drilled a hole into a pipe while installing a cabinet in my kitchen. The water dripped down and all of my laminate flooring is warped and lifting up. I know that breeds mold but this company could care less. I've spoken to the head of the consumer advocate team. All they are concerned about is the esthetics. Noone cares about the mold my family and I and our 2 dogs are inhaling. Noone gives a ****.

      Is the best home builder in the state .beazer homes is always trying to build homes better .year after year. Love their quality and effort to be better. Wish that home buyers knew what they are buying before they chose a builder. Definitely will recommend to homebuyers to check model homes.

      I bought a house at ***** (*******, **) in January 2024. I would like to state my disappointment with the air conditioning system in this house. Despite the dimensions of the property, the air conditioning appears to be insufficient, it is really annoying that we woke up every night sweating even though we set up the A/C @ 62 F, and what is even worse we are in winter time. I dont want to imagine how it will get in summer. Upon examining of the units identification plate and the sizing chart, it is evident that the air conditioner should be bigger (current is 2 Tons and the calculations were done using a smaller area than my house 2065 SqFt). Unfortunately, this oversight has resulted in a high electricity bills, which is a serious concern.The electrical water heater installed in our house is not enough to take two showers at the same time. Its really annoying that my daughter cannot the a shower at the same time than us because the water gets cold, if the water heater would be the gas one this issue could be avoid. During our pre construction meeting we requested to change the electrical water heater for a gas one but we were told that is not possible because the design of the house to save energy, which we havent save anything with our current electrical bill. As a homeowner, I expected better attention to detail and proper sizing when it comes to essential systems like air conditioning. The A/C contractor (AirTron) has checked the A/C five times, and they still don't fix the issue.

After the latest inspection, findings of proper functionality were shared with the homeowners by the ************* Representative. However, additional concerns were raised by the homeowners. To further address these, the Corporate Advocate at Beazer Homes Houston has contacted the homeowner and will assess the matter further with the local leadership team. Subsequently, the homeowners will be contacted for further discussion.

      The worst home builder in all North America. 1- they dont execute the construction as agreed.2-After you issue a complaint they make it impossible to resolve the issues you encountered as the **************** complaints are made they decide to forget about your home and disregard any additional complaints besides giving 0 resolution to the issues mentioned such as poor construction practice, lack of detail and lack of supervision to the construction of the home.Even after discussing with their upper management, they lied and didnt care to rectify the issues.It was so much that I had to cancel and didnt care lose my $3,700 of ******* money.The specific location was Beazer Homes in ******* @ ***************** located in *******, **.I would never recommend and I believe this division should be audited on the quality of their work and execution to contractual obligations.It is clear that they disregard any complaints from a customer then drive the customer to total frustration due to non compliant to fulfilling or addressing issues with the new built homes from customers so the customers cancel the homes, they keep customers ******* money and leave the builder Beazer to benefit from obtaining a house for inventory that they end up selling for more, clearly FRAUD.In other words, they benefit from customers that cancel the contracts and keep ******* money plus get a new home in their inventory which end up selling for more and increasing their profit since the customer paid for the said upgrades

Throughout the new home process, our dedicated sales team worked to address any concerns regarding the construction of the home, providing the buyer with schedules and regular updates. Additionally, the buyer was extended additional accommodations in an effort to alleviate any additional concerns that arose. Despite our efforts to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, regrettably, Beazer Homes ******* and the buyer were unable to come to an agreement. Therefore, Beazer Homes ******* honored the buyer's option to no longer move forward.

      Dont purchase a Beazer home. There is ****************** happening in our neighborhood. Construction trucks are constantly in our subdivision. Ive complained multiple times about the roads being hazardous and have had 4 flat tires(non patchable) 3 while driving in our subdivision. Three of those flats happened in my neighborhood and they refuse to reimburse me. *** picked up debris and made several calls to complain. Only to be told they can prove where the large size construction nails came from. If it were just 1 or 2 flats perhaps I could understand. If they would clean up the roads that would be acceptable but to do nothing makes me upset. I will come back later to discuss the squeaky upstairs floors and tiles in all bathrooms having to be replaced in less than a year.

Beazer Homes ******* has thoroughly reviewed the homeowner's concerns and clarified that the exact origins of the nails cannot be determined. Based on this, no further action will be taken towards reimbursement. Our local warranty team looks forward meeting with the homeowner on April 25th, as scheduled, to review flooring concerns, questions and end of the year warranty requests.

      I will never purchase a beazer home again! I bought a brand new home in 9/2021 and have had all kinds of issues. Two days after I moved in, I noticed I had no hot water. After resetting it, it went out again. I called the plumber and was told both heating elements were fried due to the unit not having any hot water when it was installed. The heating elements and thermostat were replaced in Sept 2021. I requested that Beazer replace my unit then since I didn't trust it and was told the heating element was the main component and now that it has been replaced, I should be fine. I have since had the plumber come out again due to hot water issues and was told that one of the two hot water elements is about to go out again. The plumber mentioned these elements should last 10 yrs so very upset that after 2.5 years, I'm having issues with the heating element again. I feel if the water heater was replaced when requested, I wouldn't be dealing with these current issues.
