Order WCM33816 I order a painting on June 21, 2024, through the website. On July 03, 2024 I received an email asking that I reorder through Etsy. My response was NO please refund my money. I didn't get a response so I emailed again the next day and still nothing. They shouldn't offer placing order on the website if they don't have the shipping option. Now that I'm requesting my money back I haven't received any updates. The telephone number on file is not valid, so no means of speaking with anyone just a email address that no one is responding too. I just want my full refund.Initial Complaint

On 6/9/24 I purchased a piece of art from Wall Canvas Mall for $106.15. I received confirmation number ORDER WCM33730 upon order. My amex was charged the full amount. It has been a month since the order and I've sent communications with them multiple times with no response. At this point I want a refund and have no method of receiving one. I have attached a copy of the confirmation email as well as a grab of the charge on my Amex.Initial Complaint

I ordered my canvas print from Wall Canvas Mall on May 26. I received a discount because I selected NORUSH20. The product was supposed to be delivered no less than 21 days. I have sent several emails with no response. They took the money from my bank account the day that I ordered it. I should have checked with BBB before dealing with this company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a print on 4/2/24 for $149.96, Order WCM28455 . I actually forgot about it and saw the print again in late May and thought maybe I never completed the purchase. I purchased the print again on 5/31/24 for $149.96,Order WCM33640. I never heard anything and searched my purchases to find that I did indeed pay the print on 4/2/24 and on 5/31/24. The business has been nonresponsive in my attempts to recoup my money. I am requesting a refund of both purchases.Initial Complaint

Ordered product from Wall Canvas Mall on 4/21/24 and opted for 3 week delivery. I have sent two emails to the company asking when the canvas would be sent. So far not a peep out of WCM. This is an apparent scam as several people on the BBB site have had my same problem. At this point I want a refund and promise to let everyone know what a bunch of crooks run WCM. I have emailed the email address listed for inquiries twice and received no response. I have ********* their Instagram account with the same message to no reply. I never received a shipping notice so called on 6/11/24 and had to leave a message saying that I wanted to get an update on my order. I called again on 6/14/24, left another message, no response. I made a purchase on May 11th and was guaranteed delivery within ***** days. I haven't recieved a confirmation email stating my order has been shipped. When calling the number provided or email to inquire about my order no one has attempted to reach out. I have left multiple voice messages and emails with no response. I've asked for my order to be delivered or monies refunded. No one at the company responded to any email or voice mail in which I left my contact information.
