My initial issue with this company started 04/24/2024 at **********************************. There were tons of plumbing issues, I was ignored multiple times by Sylvan homes until I wrote a BBB report. They FINALLY got me into another house 05/30/2024 770 *********************************************. When I moved to 770 ************************** was told that my security deposit from the previous address would be transferred over and I would have to pay a difference of $320. On May 31 2024 I paid the the difference of security deposit and The rent for **** in the amount of $2613.36. I was told that my current security deposit would be credited and it hasnt been. I was also told that the amount I paid included junes rent for 770 ********************* ct. I was also to receive a $500 off rent concession for moving into the property. As the days passed I was getting non stop calls and emails telling me that I was in default of rent for both addresses. Each time I reached out to sylvan they told me that my transfer was notated in their system and would be updated. On **** 11 I reached out to the woman whos been helping me and she said she would check into the matter and to no avail things havent changed. Here I am **** 24,2024 and now a wrongful eviction has been filed against me for non payment. Everyone has once again went ghost and unreachable. Theyre only reachable when file reports. Now when I eventually leave this company other landlords will see the eviction thats been filed under my name. Which isnt fair to me because I handled my part of the bargain.
