My family and I began working with **************************** on April 7, 2022. ************** was paid to do work on our entire home. He quoted us a price of $54,000 and only completed $15,000 of work. He has not completed one full task in the house. In the kitchen we don't have our island for the dish washer, missing several cabinets, the floor is sinking in on several spots, our microwave is on the counter instead of mounted underneath the cabinet, and the flooring is a completely different color than what we asked for. In the living room, we have no lighting that was supposed to be installed. The bathroom upstairs is missing lights by the tub and there are no wall fixtures nor coverings for the light switches. All of the bedrooms and closets are missing door frames as well as doors. None of the windows were replaced as promised nor do we have heating and air conditioning. There was an extension to be added onto the back of the house. The only thing that was done to that was the framing. Another contractor came by to examine what was already done to possibly complete the work on the house. He explained to me the framing of the extension were not up to code. ************** placed us in one Airbnb while working on the house, but there were several weeks he wouldn't come to the house to do any work. My husband and I had to ask him daily if anyone were coming to work on our home. ************** has taken our money and have not completed the project. We know of at least 2 other families he has done this to. My life and family are in shambles due to his evil ways. My house is not a home because of what he has done to us. My house is almost unlivable. I have not heard from ************** in several weeks. He offered us a low price to give us for not finishing the house that would not in no way start or finish the house. There are also exposed wires all throughout the house. Please help us or anyone else who wants to use him. He is a con artist and a liar. My home isn't a home and I'm out of $54,000.
