I received my first supplies August of ********************************************************************************************************************************** by mail to the main company. They continue to send bills and call me saying I am past due but they won't adjust the price to reflect the payment for the machine and to remove all returned items. They just recently sent me 3 more things none of which I can use. I have left numerous messages for the local office to contact me and I get no response. When I call corporate they keep saying it is the other department that handles that and transfers me back and forth. I have been on the for for up to an hour at a time trying to rectify this situation.Initial Complaint

This bill from Lincare has been on going for over 2 years with no solution only harassment with billing. We have called several times. The insurance did cover everything and we we dont know why there is a fee now. The customer service was terrible the maintenance was terrible as well. My mother decided to go with another oxygen company and not have Lincare services any further due to the hassle of everything she had to deal with from Lincare. Lincare in return asked my mother to bring in the heavy floor model oxygen concentrator in herself. She told them that she wasnt able, so they picked the equipment and everything at that pick up was given to them. She now has this bill that they bill her every month with no explanation other that its a customer beginning balance. This was all turned in to insurance at that time. My Mother thinks the bill is a retaliation due to cancelling service. If she owed this bill why is she still billed every month. It seems that Lincare would of sent her to collection by this time if so !!! What is going on BBB can we get this resolved soon for my mothers peace of mind !!!!! Its a bill for $357 for a commode for hospital bed. I havent paid anything. They are billing me $79 after insurance. My complaint is why are they charging me $357 for a plastic toilet that can be purchased online for $30. I would like them investigated for insurance fraud. I also did not get the other two items on this bill.
