    My husband and I stayed at one of the properties that is managed by your company. The Wyndham Resort at ******************* in ******* **. We checked in 3/25 and checked out 3/27.We have both been exposed to MOLD in one of your rooms. We have both developed symptoms to mold toxicity. We were both transported to a near by hospital to get treated. My husband was severe and needed breathing treatment as well as an inhaler. We also experienced shortness of breath, cough, itchy nose and throat, major headaches, abdominal pain from coughing, wheezing and heavy mucus. We were tested for all major viral infections as well as Covid, rsv & the flu all coming back negative. The property supposedly had the room tested and doesnt want to share the results. The property manager (female) stated we needed a subpoena to get the results, which would only mean we would have to move forward with getting legal representation. We have contacted **************** and I have a retainer in my email ready to be signed. I have called and emailed your company with no response. The manager at the property is also no help as all she feels the need to do is refund us our stay. We have incurred medical bills because of this totaling to close to 10k. I need to speak with someone who will attempt to make this matter better otherwise we will have no choice but to sign the retainer with **************** from ********** **. I need to speak to the legal department from either establishment asap. I have also made a BBB complaint for ******* but it seems they are not taking this matter serious as they have not replied in over a week to the inquiry to speak to someone. I also brought it up to the attention of the manager that I want to speak to corporate but she has also not contacted us or anyone else about this matter.

    After careful research, my company selected your hotel to host one of our new events to bring together my colleagues for a weekend of relaxation and business networking.However, your group sales team has been extremely unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of interest including a visible racial or cultural bias against me.Your group sales team including, ********* and ***** have completely ignored our requests for information on group bookings and has even gone so far as to VERBALLY intentionally deny us access to the available pricing information on your space rentals. Kelsy via telephone REFUSED to give ** pricing info.We requested a quote on a couple of very specific areas that would fit our budget. However, after never receiving the requested pricing information from ********* after weeks of emails and phone calls, ***** explicitly denied ** the info via telephone and told me that they WILL NOT allow ** to book any space at your hotel.********* quoted ** a price that was almost $20,000 over our allotted budget and refused to give ** the pricing for any of the spaces we expressed interest in.He then booked the spaces that we expressed interest in while ignoring all of our calls and emails seeing to get pricing and sign an agreement for the space.I see this as a blatant act of bias and discrimination on your employees behalf and their behavior is evil. If we can not get this solved, I will be seeking to file an FTC, BBB and potentially suit for this demeaning discriminatory experience with your corporation on behalf of my self and my group of business colleagues.
